I order at least 2 times a month from Kool Kingdom I've never had an issue And delivery is always early.

Even when ordering multiple Yugioh products and Pokémon sized sleevss they called to double check this was right (it was). But the thought and consideration was there

I am pretty much going to echo what every other review has stated about this company, it is by far the worst one I have ever ordered from. To call themselves a company is a joke and how they are still operating is beyond me. I placed my order on the 28th December 2017 and have just been refunded what I was owed this week. The order was over £100 and I was disappointed when 1st edition packs advertised on the website were sent as unlimited packs. I sent numerous emails which received no reply, I also sent I letter attached to the returned product and still no reply. The only way to get in touch with this company seems to be by phoning every day till someone eventually decides to answer. During a month and a half period of doing this, I managed to speak to someone three times. Even then if you do manage to get through to someone, I got the same pathetic excuse of 'I'm sorry about this one of my other colleagues is dealing with it, I'll find out what's happening' and then wouldn't hear back. The lack of customer service and duty of care to provide a service is astonishing and it comes down to fraud and theft at the end of it. False advertising of packs and then hoping the customer gives up on chasing it up, as well as backlogging product. The only reason I was refunded was due to my constant pursuing and chasing up as it was a large order and I would advise anyone else to do the same. Please avoid this company at all costs, it is safe to say I will not be ordering anything from them again, as no customer should have to go through the experience they provide.

Well after all my years of ordering, you would think you would atleast get my name right. My name is Kevan Inman. I use my partners address, (Michelle), for delivery because there is always someone in. Koolkingdom is great but ive had many orders cancelled because of lack of stock and many delays in some orders. Also i got sent a pack of sleeves of the wrong colour and was promised a replacement but sadly i have still never had.

I found KoolKingdom while searching for out of print CardFight! Vanguard. They had some boosters that I couldn't find anywhere else in the UK. They also had some amazing deals on other CF Vanguard products and Magic the gathering too. I was slightly disappointed when shipping fees ate away a lot of the savings I made on the offers, but overall the prices were still good even after taking shipping costs into account. Will shop here again.

I hadn't heard of this site before and it was by pure coincidence that i stumbled across them searching on Amazon. Their search engine was really easy to use and the site very easy to navigate. Their product is of a decent price and a lot cheaper than some of the competition. Not only that but my order arrived the very next day and i got some excellent pulls! Would happily order again!

Secret Rares were bent, possibly irreparably, otherwise fine. Order came the day after I had sent for it and the price was reasonable.
