Been ordering from these guys for years initially yugioh now back into Pokemon. Always have good stuff in stock, fast order dispatches and great service via email when needed for queries or questions. Only thing I would add is possibly they could have a greater range of Pokemon boxes/gift sets available.

Good prices for what I ordered and it arrived earlier than expected

sent me the wrong product and then refused to answer my emails and give me a refund do not shop there.

BLATENT RIPOFF MERCHANTS, FALSE ITEMS FOR SALE

Here we go again, stupid enough to order from this company again, only because they were the only people who supposedly had the item I wanted in stock, Item shows as new and in stock on the website so I ordered some, as usual I ordered other stuff at the same time to make up the order to over £200 to get the free express delivery. My delivery arrived but as usual items were cancelled from it as out of stock (low and behold it is the item they have showing as NEW in stock on the website, and it still shows as new in stock today which is 1 week after I ordered it from them yet its out of stock)
That's because they never had it in stock in the first place, every wholesaler in the country is out of stock on the yugioh dark illusions special edition pack and it is out of print with the manufacturers Konami so wholesalers cannot get any more of it, it is simply on the website to temp you to buy other stuff at the same time and is FALSE ADVERTISING.
I was not contacted to say it was out of stock, if I had been I would have simply cancelled the whole order as I only put in an order mainly for the Dark illusion packs, the other stuff I could have got elsewhere cheaper anyway.
As usual they don't answer the telephone, I have phoned them constantly (over 20 times today and left 2 voice messages today with no answer and no reply to the voice messages)
I have not received my refund for the items they cancelled which I paid for when I put the order in, they sent out the order 4 days ago yet have not refunded me for the items that are missing from the order.
Same as last time I have now had to resort to putting in a claim with Paypal to get the refund from them as they do not answer the phone or reply to emails or voice messages

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS, MOST OF THE STUFF ON THERE SITE THEY DO NOT ACTUALLY HAVE IN STOCK EVEN THOUGH THE SITE STATES IT AS BEING IN STOCK AND THEY WILL TAKE YOUR PAYMENT FOR IT STILL, YOU WILL WAIT WEEKS FOR THE ORDER, NO ONE WILL CONTACT YOU TO TELL YOU SOMETHING IS OUT OF STOCK OR WHATS HAPPENING WITH YOUR ORDER, AND THEN IT WILL BE A NIGHTMARE TRYING TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK FROM THEM AS THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE OR ANSWER EMAILS, PROBERLY HOPEING THAT MORE THAN 30 DAYS WILL PASS SO THAT YOU CANNOT PUT IN A CLAIM WITH PAYPAL FOR THE TRANSACTION EITHER.

Order was placed on Sunday, and was delivered on the Tuesday. Very happy with the speedy delivery service. Could not find a way to contact the customer support however, as the email addresses provided block communication. This could pose issues should there be a problem with an order.

Honestly ordering from Koolkingdom is a lottery draw, the stock system doesn't work so you may well be waiting months for your items to get back into stock or not at all (You won't receive any notifications either way) for items showing in stock when you order. When in stock its a very good site with good prices and dispatch times within a week but as i have mentioned, the previous lets it down big time.

I would definitely recommend Kool Kingdom to anyone looking to make large orders. Ann Reade and co have always got me exactly what I ordered and with the discount system, it makes Kool Kingdom very competitive.

I have been ordering from Kool Kingdom for roughly 4/5 years now both for myself and for my local club purchases and found the company more than adequately meets our needs.

My only gripe is UPS is a worthless delivery company; I've always had to drive 5+miles to reach a particular off licence which seems to hold all of Shropshire's deliveries via UPS. The delivery driver also leaves a lot to be desired. Prior, I have found he has found my property and dumped a note on my drive or in two instances, I have asked for my parcel when he arrived only to be glared at before he drove away.

I have given Kool Kingdom the 5 stars because I don't think they are responsible the UPS' incompetence and unprofessional behaviour. I have also found that Kool Kingdom have always been flexible with my orders in case I needed to ask for more boxes/cases before they were dispatched.

Very efficient service ordered at 11am & went for next day delivery the order arrived at 10am the following day & was exactly what I was expecting. Great job

The cards come really quick, are at a good price and in a good quality. I really recommend them :)

Having ordered from this company a couple of times now I have nothing but praise from the prompt deliverys with packages being in perfect condition. I have never come across any issue they are one of the best companies I have found and I have recommended them to a number of friends.

These guys are absolutely amazing.
I will certainly be returning! I'd ordered something that was unfortunately out of stock and within minutes they rang me and told me the issue and i was more than happy to accept a replacement for a different box. The bloke on the phone was really friendly and the customer service from this place is all round excellent! Delivery was super speedy and packaging was very well done. There was a very slim chance anything could've got damaged. Really happy with these guys!

The website is easy to use and the products arrived quickly. The cards were also a good value.

i cant give an excellent review because there was some problems in the way from both of us, the problem was that they didn't asked me my house number and the card got lost in the mail, hopefully they could find it and send it back to the correct address, but it tocks like week and a half of waiting for it.... hehehe

I have often bought yugioh here, the cards are cheap, good quality and they deliver quickly.

Ordered a few cards for my yugioh deck. Wanted to pick up some generic core cards (spells and xyz) but their stock was really limited and they didnt have a lot of the core cards I wanted. For the ones they had in stock however, they were cheap, delivery was also fast and cheap.

Made sure they went out of their way to find an item in stock for me which luckily there was! He got me to phone them the next day so I could order it. Very pleased with item and delivery speed. 5/5.

Average a good company. It could be better if they keep up the stock a little better. Sometimes they don't have the items bought. Sometimes also reveiving the wrong set.

Honestly a great company, ordered from them since they first started up ! always been quick to deliver over great prices and great customer service! top notch guys!
