fast delivery and very good price

Was able to find my product with relative ease (Yugi's legendary decks 2) and was not disappointed. Arrived in good time. VAT stings a little but in all very happy once again.

My order has been incorrectly delivered to the wrong address, are doing nothing at all the help me locate this. UPS cant help either unless the company using then open and investigation into this, I was promised ovet the phone by Koolkingdom thry would and sort it for me. They have taken my money and i have nothing to show for it, it has almost been two weeks since my money was taken. No replies from multiple phonecalls and emails, lets hope paypal can sort it for me.

Just dont make the same mistake i did, and was a large order also over £240. Shows just how much the customers matter. Massive dissapointment, changed alot since i last used them.

Quick delivery, cheapest for cards I required and when I had a query my email was answered within hours. All round great product selection and customer service. I will defiantly be recommending this store and site to my other yugioh friends!

I have order cards from them 3 times so far, and each time they provided a great service! I payed a decent price for all the cards I ordered and all 3 of my deliveries arrived in the morning the following day after I ordered them.

Ordered 2 structure decks and some booster packs and they arrived immediately the following morning at 9am. I was happy with all the cards, will definitely be placing another order.

I ordered some Yu-Gi-Oh cards from koolkingdom liking their low prices. After almost a week of waiting, I emailed them to find out what was going on as my order hadn't been sent out for delivery. Then, I look up my order status (again) and find out that it has gone from 'Processing' to 'Awaiting stock' even though what I ordered had no mention of being out of stock and still doesn't. The only thing that has changed is that it isn't on offer any more.
This website is just bad: don't even bother with it. They say they aim to send everything out for delivery within 1 - 5 business days but don't tell you if they even have the item.

***Oh yeah, they haven't even replied to my email.

I ordered some single cards to improve my deck en some boosters. Price is good, service excellent. Everything was delivered fine.

Generally, I've had good experiences with Kool Kingdom. Service response is good. The challenge has been that items that are out of stock, do not show as out of stock, orders are taken, and apologies made later. I'd prefer to know up front that an item is unavailable.

First off, their prices are very good. They respond to queries fairly quickly. I've been using them for years now and I've never had any big issues from them.

I'd definitely recommend that people check them out!

Ordering from Kool Kingdom was easy and hassle free. Their products are really well priced and although you pay for delivery the shipping is very fast. I ordered my item in the afternoon and it was with me the very next morning. I honestly can't fault their service at all.
