Ordered from these guys quite a few times. Had a great experience, they even called me to say a product wasnt in stock in my colour choice, and allowed me to change it. Not only that but the free boosters for being unlucky in their 1000 like competition was a nice touch, deffo recommend

First time buying from them, shipped out order 2 weeks from when I bought it. Had to constantly ask what was going on with the order. Received slow replys, with lame excuses like "Are system didn't show the order."

When I finally received the order, they gave me the wrong product from what I ordered. I never received any information about these changes, nor did I receive an apology for the absolutely appallingly slow service. The order never got fixed, as they started to ignore my emails.

I would definitely avoid this shambles of a so called "company", and stick to eBay, Amazon and other card retailers out there. I would give this a 0 rating, but there is no option to do so.

Don't believe all the "positive" reviews as they are most likely fake.

Ordered 3 cards from them that were in stock but they only sent 1 and put the other 2 on back order, very misleading and a waste of time.

Then ordered 3 cards which were in stock and were also in stock the next day, but as soon as the value of the card sky rocketed, my cards were put on back order and not sent out. This has also happened to a few of my friends on other occasions.

The site is only good for low value cards, don't expect to receive high value cards because they will take your money and not send.

This site is a joke and very useless, if you want your time wasted then by all means use them, but honestly you are better going else where to spend your hard earned money.

Have bought a few products from this company and they really are amazing. Delivery was very fast and the products were well protected. Would highly recommend this company as they have really went the extra mile regarding customer service and ensuring my products get too me on time and in perfect condition.

I have been using Kool Kingdom regularly for the last 4 months as I buy on behalf of our local Trading Card Club.
The staff have always gone the extra mile to ensure I get the deliveries for our weekly club sessions on time, & as I don't actually play the card games myself, I've valued their knowledge and advice in this area on what to buy for the club.
If I've wanted something they don't have in stock, if it's possible to get it for me they have done.
We don't have a specialist trading card shop in our area, & our club certainly values the range of stock that they are able to supply for Yugioh, Pokemon , Magic The Gathering & Cardfight Vanguard.
I would certainly recommend them to anyone needing any type of trading cards.

I hadn't used Kool Kingdom before and made a large order, then wanted to change almost half of it, the staff were very helpful and patient, and they then sent it out the very same day i ordered it. Very impressed!

Can't understand the other comments - I've bought a load of really cool stuff from Kool Kingdom fairly regularly and they've been great. The packaging has been especially good - worth ordering some single cards just to get the cool plastic container they pack them in!

My son loves this site. He has been ordering (well I have been for him) since he first got into YuGiOh when he was about 8 and 8 years later he still uses it to get single cards that he can’t find anywhere else. Sometimes you have to wait a bit for the cards to arrive if they are rare or hard to find but they always come through in the end.

I ordered items from the site that never arrived. After informing them, they sent out the items again. I didn't receive these either. I continued to email them but was ignored.

This company is taking money and not fulfilling orders in the times stated intheir own terms and conditions. Emails are not answered nor is anyone available to answern the telephone.It is an answerphone which states leave your no. and we will return the call. they do not do this.
Personally I think what they are doing is fraud
