We've hired several nannies through Koru. Excellent website and application, very transparent process and fees. Responsiveness to queries is outstanding, and the proactive contact from them to check in is also very positive. Super happy with the service

Koru has an excellent platform for finding part-time nannies. We just needed someone to help with those after-school hours, and Koru's platform helped us through every step, from finding candidates and scheduling interviews to signing a contract and keeping track of their shifts. It's user-friendly, flexible and helps make our family lives easier! And if you need support, they're available on WhatsApp, and the communication has been brilliant.

Koru kids is a great proposition for sourcing a Nanny. I have recently split from my ex, and needed part time help for the weeks I have the children. There are a broad range of people looking for roles (some full time, some part time). Managed to find someone who wanted the flexibility of being on one week, off the next. The perfect fit. She is starting this weekend so looking forward to the additional support

Professional, prompt and supportive

Koru Kids is a well organised company. The only reason why I have given 4 stars rather than 5 is because many applicants say they are interested and then never reply to future messages. I think this needs to be addressed. But, the central office team is very helpful and responsive. And, I am very happy with my successful applicant.

Just awful. Meant for teenagers looking for an extra hour of work after school, definitely not worth it for full time work.

My experience with Koru Kids has been excellent. The agency is very supportive and always ready to help with any questions or concerns. They made the process of finding a family smooth and easy. I feel valued and appreciated, and I’m very happy with the support I’ve received.

I have been very impressed by Koru Kid’s customer support and success. They have always responded to any questions personally with really detailed information and action, and their onboarding process has been well thought out and helpful. They have helped us to find the loveliest nanny who is a perfect fit for a family - we were been able to do a number of calls, interviews and trials to make this decision to make sure it worked for both parties.

The nannies on this website are inexperienced and unreliable. Koru markets itself as being "cheap" but that's because they hire awful nannies, pay them peanuts, and them take a huge chunk of the hourly rate. Because we were looking for a full time nanny we opted to pay the finders fee instead of use Koru's platform (given they get paid hourly the commission to them would have been huge). The nanny was very inexperienced and quit after 3 weeks. Koru did not refund us the finders fee. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE - AVOID AT ALL COSTS

EDIT TO THOSE READING KORUS RESPONSE - Koru's response below is a LIE - the nanny did not leave due to a bereavement, she left because she wasn't experienced. I desperately tried to find a replacement on the website, asking Koru if they'd help given I'd already paid them, and the nanny i set an interview up with was a NO SHOW - due to a bereavement. Koru REFUSED to refund the fee I'd paid them, and just said you can have a "3 hour free trial". But the nanny i found didn't even show up for an interview, so we were never going to get to the trial stage.

Because the Company is organised and offers a positive experience. On line training are very helpful to me it helps to give the family confidence in the childcare.
