Koziwarm were commissioned to attend my 80 yr old mother’s 7 year old vaillant combi boiler that failed.
They weren’t sure what component failed but suggested it may be one of 3 components. They could only diagnose through a process of elimination so ordered all three. Ultimately they decided all 3 failed on the same day and changed them all. This was about a week later. Parts bill: probe Koziwarm £65.28 Screwfix £28.85. Gas valve Koziwarm £272.20 Screwfix £171.99. PCB Koziwarm £337.41 Screwfix £213.99. All original vaillant parts including VAT. Labour was of course charged in addition! I live about 300 miles away from my elderly mother and therefore didn’t attend. After contacting Koziwarm with these facts I was informed their charges were reasonable and not inflated to take advantage of a vulnerable old lady. Absolutely shocking from a company she has been paying for an annual service from new.

Great company Kevin the owner firstly arranged new boiler system many years ago.
Since then annual servicing at great price and quality
And !!! today Kevins son Jake once again went the extra mile to help at short notice to help resolve leaking radiator valve

Super local company, engineers are great, could not recommend higher !

Just had a new boiler and cylinder installed. The two guys were neat, polite and the job looks good and professionally installed. I am happy to recommend them to anyone needing some installation work done.

Engineers were friendly but unprepared (e.g. no ladder to put flu, no cement, no adequate tools). They came, charged, didn't solve the problem. Came again, broke parts they needn't (e.g. pressure valve handles, etc). Finally sent a senior engineer that knew his stuff, fixed the problem and left it working after couple of visits. Tried to charge all their time. Overall very frustrating, expensive and negative experience.
