My recruiter was Mike Thomas and he has been nothing but helpful. He gave so much support to me throughout the entire process and I could not have done it without him!

I was assigned a shift on September 20, 2025, at a factory in CW7. It turns out the agency had sent more than twice the number of people the factory needed. They only required 11 workers, but the agency sent 21. We were all told to stop work and leave after only about 30 minutes on site.
The factory supervisor assured us that we would be paid for the short time we worked. However, this agency has since canceled the work record for that day, and it looks like they don't plan on paying us for those 30 minutes.
This is completely unacceptable. The agency showed a lack of professionalism and poor management, wasting my time and refusing to pay for work already done. I strongly advise against using this company if you want to be treated fairly and professionally.

I've been working for a few recruitment agencies before and I started working for them 3 months ago, by far I find kpi the worst recruitment agency, I have been under paid almost every week despite giving them my working hours and asking the company I work for to confirm my hours with kpi still underpay me and just call it a mistake. Every time I had to call them several times and had to go to office and no one took responsibility for it and If you ask to talk to someone in charge, they are either in meeting or not in the office. Very disappointed and frustrated with them .

I would like to share my experience with KPI Education for the benefit of others. I registered with the agency in July through a consultant named Casey. Despite having relevant experience in the role I was seeking, I was never contacted with any opportunities.
After following up recently, I was informed that Casey is no longer with the company and that there are currently no roles available for me. Unfortunately, there was no communication from the agency about this change or any updates on my application in the meantime.
I found this lack of follow-up and transparency to be quite unprofessional. I hope this helps others make an informed decision when considering working with this agency.
