I had a couple of hiccups but customer service was absolutely amazing and helped to rectify this leaving me feel happy delivery was very quick and when you contact customer service they get back to you very quickly witch is amazing I cannot wait to wear my dress I’m so great full for the customer service I received if your looking for beautiful elegant dresses in a wide range of colours then this small business is for you :)

This is the first time that I ordered from this company. Was very pleased with the item i received and the fast delivery.

The dresses are lovely and the colours are Beautiful but the sizing is too small. Bought size 12 for an average size 12 person but all closures and zips were nowhere near closed. Very disappointed. Made my bridesmaid feel awful and huge, when she’s not at all big!

Quick delivery, reasonably priced well made bolero .

I would give zero stars if I could.

I ordered two boleros and paid for next day delivery.

I contacted customer service two days later (they didn’t reply at all).

They then arrived too late. The colours were nothing like those advertised and the sizes way too small so not fit for purpose.

I contacted customer services as the return label had been detached and they sent another one.

I was charged £1 per item to return and they would only refund the difference between standard and next day delivery.

If I’d wanted standard delivery I’d have paid for that when I ordered. It is not good enough to charge me for a service I paid for and didn’t receive.

It cost me nearly 25% of my order total for goods that arrived too late and weren’t as advertised.

I contacted customer services again and it’s taken them two days to reply.

I’ll never order again from such an unreliable company with appalling customer service.

Bought my beautiful bridesmaids dresses from Krisp; they fit the girls perfectly and the price is incredible too!

But more than that, the customer service I received was outstanding which is incredibly hard to come by these days. Kat from the e-Commerce team really looked after me and helped me to return my items separately, which I’m sure other companies would have said was just not possible.

Dresses returned by me outside of 30 day policy so company has sent them back out to me incurring an additional postage cost rather than keep and resell them at no cost to them. Crazy. I now have 2 dresses for the charity shop as they’re of no use to me!

I appreciate that I returned the dress well outside of the returns window. My point is that the dress is still on sale on your website at full price and therefore would be of no loss to you to refund me. You have legitimately stuck to your policy but it would put me off ever buying again from you in case I experienced similar issues as I did this time which prevented me from returning within 30 days.

There is a reason that customers continue to go back to the big retailers.

Ordered a bolero jacket. The worst quality ever, sizing a joke, fabric you wouldn't use as a dish cloth and to add insult, it was delivered In a dirty tatty bag and I have to pay returns. Avoid Krisp at all costs

We have ordered 4 dresses from Krisp. 3 have been delivered with no issues, in one of the orders we returned a dress and this return was actioned smoothly. However, on a recent order for the final bridesmaid we ordered a dress which was sent by Krisp to america. Kudos to Krisp the delivery was fast and well priced, however, they sent the wrong size dress. It's now been over a week since i have been trying to contact Krisp about the issue and how we can rectify it, and I have had no response. The size on the label of the dress clearly shows, when matching it against previous orders, that they sent the wrong size.

Sent back a item i ordered though Debenhams and the tracking info says Krisp received my item back on 23rd of November. It’s now December 12th an I still have not got my money refunded yet. My refund did come but it took a while

AVOID this company they have scammed my bank 😡😡😡😡😡 do not trust them .

I've bought my bridesmaid dresses from Krisp and they are so lovely, the quality of the dresses is great. They are elasticated on the back (no zip) which is kind of annoying as we'll need to consider hair / dress order on the wedding day, but because they're elasticated on the back means the fit on each of the girls is beautiful (3 very different shapes all ordered a size 8). I've even managed to get my 11 year old niece in a size 8 because of the elasticated back!

I did find the 'wine' red was a little more purple in real life than it looked in the picture – but having done a lot of ground work it seems to be a common issue with reds not being 100% accurate.

I have ordered 3x size 8 of the same dress (now we've finalised the style and size) and I was sent only 1 dress in an order that was supposed to have 3. I got in touch and they have been so quick to respond and rectify the issue, just waiting on my the other two to be sent out to me.

Really good experience though, considering how much cheaper these dresses are for bridesmaids compared to other shops, and the quality is still beautiful, and returns are free (perfect if you're exploring styles and need to try multiple sizes)

Recently got invited to a dinner party to which mum needed a new dress, had a great selection of options, I picked her a  lovely multiway dress which she could wear in 3 different styles, she was really pleased with her new dress

Was going to order but puzzled why their most standard delivery is nearly £6.
Seems a lot compared to what I’m buying.

I recently purchased a beautiful shrug I needed for a wedding I am attending, and I am super happy with the feel and fit of it! Will definitely be recommending and purchasing more items from krisp!
