I have been going to KK for about 7 years .And have noticed a decline seriously in the store .For months they had no management and had to do things without supervision were expected to do all the managers ta after about 16 weeks send in a interrogation team intimidating the staff One of the area managers is rude and arrogant she spoke to as a customer so rude My advice DONT WORK for Krispy Kreme
That is a team memberat the Guildford kiosk in the Friary Centre that is always so welcoming and friendly. Every time I’ve had an issue with the app et cetera, she is patient and understanding. She always gives fantastic service and I hope you can recognise the value she asked to Your brand. I think her name is Tiffany.

So I go down to the supermarket to get my doughnuts and I reach the KK stand...and for the next 2 mins, I am wondering if I am looking at a board with String Theory equations or actual pricing for doughnuts. I am good at puzzles and all, but the KK pricing structure gives me a headache. The missus usually gets it, but it was her birthday and I wanted to surprise her. Needless to say, I had to leave 'cos the maths wasn't for me that day.

I had ordered a pick your own box of doughnuts for delivery in time for my daughter’s party.
Unfortunately, the box was delivered to the wrong house number but after a call to customer service- the lovely Rebecca was on hand to share which house they had been delivered to. Luckily, I have good neighbours and I was able to collect them without a problem.
Rebecca was fantastic and had a plan in place to pick up a new order instead if I hadn’t been able to collect.
Really brilliant customer service which I appreciated and Rebecca is a credit to the team! Thank you

I like the Krispy Kreme products, but the loyalty scheme is poor.
I earned enough points for a free coffee and added it to the wallet section of my reward app.
I tried to redeem it at both the Newcastle Eldon square location and inside the metrocentre, without sucess.
Eldon square couldn't tell me why I couldn't use it and said I'd have to ring up.
Metrocentre kiosk told me I couldn't use it there but could try the krispy kreme outside the metrocentre.
I'm at Leeds this weekend and was going to try and use it there but the wallet now states I don't have enough points for the coffee.
Even though I have been unable to use the free drink reward they've taken the points away.
I've never known a loyalty scheme as bad.
Boots have a points loyalty scheme and krispy kreme could learn a lot about good schemes from them.
Krispy kreme points expire, but they don't tell you when they'll expire and even take them off rewards waiting in your wallet.
It's a shame this part of the loyalty scheme is so bad, because in the past I've redeemed some very good offers and their coffees and donuts are great.

Ordered a box to be delivered to my niece and nephew's for Saturday in time for Easter, their courier service DPD messed up and changed delivery date to the following Tuesday. Contacted customer service who offered to send out a fresh box for Tuesday. Not ideal as missed Easter, informed no arrangement in place with DPD for perishable goods and apology offered. Felt underwhelming overall. Angela the customer service rep was very pleasant to talk to.
