Couldn't recommend this company more. I was booked in for a hair transplant and all details were discussed within the consultation. I took on board their advice and I'm so pleased with the results. I have felt nothing but support since the first consultation.

I have had 3 PRP sessions now and the experience has been great. Very professional and comforting, I travel far to get this done here as it’s trusted. Loved the results too, I will definitely be having this regularly going forward.

It is now two years post my transplant and i couldn't be happier with the results. The experience of the procedure, and the multiple PRP sessions i've chosen to have after, have been nothing short of exceptional. Had my hair transplant coming up 5 months ago now and growth is coming along nicely, Ive had a couple of prp sessions to aid the growth and kelly has been great with it all, answering any questions i have at each visit alongside making me feel at ease as im having it done, everyone else at the team continues to be very warm and welcoming, would still highly reccoment checking them out if this is the route you are wanting to take

Had my hair transplant in 2018. The amount of self confidence the final results gave me was amazing. The procedure was pain free and all members of staff at ksl clinic maidstone were so helpful calming and just great in general. I have yearly Prp’s at the clinic, it’s always good to catch up with familiar faces when i’m there.

I’d been thinking about a hair transplant for over two years before finally going for it with KSL Clinic — and I’m so glad I did.

My journey started with a consultation with Sam, and what really stood out was how relaxed and informative it was. There was no sales pitch, no pressure — just a clear breakdown of what’s involved, followed by genuine advice to take time and think it over. That alone built a lot of trust for me and made it easier to make the right decision on my own terms.

A year later, when I was ready, I got back in touch. The support from Sam, Danni, and Harrington was excellent — they helped me prepare for the big day so I turned up feeling calm, informed, and in good hands.

On surgery day, I had around 2,300 grafts to my front hairline with Dr Nishal and his team, Melad and Swathi. They took real time and care in designing my new hairline — even getting input from my family who came with me — but ultimately I followed Dr Nishal’s expert advice, which I felt really confident in. The whole procedure was handled with such professionalism, care, and kindness. Yes, it’s a long day, but they made it comfortable with breaks, food, and constant reassurance.

Aftercare has been just as good. A few weeks post-op I had a minor accident where I bumped my head and broke the skin — I called the clinic and Dr Nishal saw me the same day. He checked everything thoroughly and reassured me that if any issues showed up as it grew through, he’d be happy to put it right. That kind of care and integrity is rare, and it’s exactly why I chose KSL.

I’m now almost six months post-op, and the results are already starting to show really nicely — I can’t wait to see how it thickens up over the next few months. Like so many others say… I only wish I’d done it sooner.

I’ve also started using Minoxidil and get PRP twice a year — really manageable long-term care, and I’ve had no issues with either.

Great service. The process was explained with a lot of detail, which put me at easy. Also every step of the process was carefully considered. You can certainly tell that a lot of thought and carefully has gone into it.
