Terrific company with kind staff
I have been using KTS for several years now to manage my mom‘s pooled trust and have been nothing but satisfied with the service as well as the ease of using their portal/website. I have also managed a cousins trust for several years with another company that is not nearly as good as KTS. I have never had any issues with KTS, but anytime I’ve had to contact them for questions. I have only been met with kindness, consideration, caring, and true expertise as they are well knowledgeable in their business. Furthermore, they are always willing to help. My experiences have only been positive and I am more than happy to recommend them.

Great Experience
We have been using KTS for 3 years now and from day one they have been fabulous. From trying to learn how to navigate an elderly parent being on Medicaid and using a pooled trust to getting it up and running, they have been there to explain and expedite everything. Customer service is great and responds quickly and all bills are paid right away.

I was directed to KTS Pooled Trust by my Mother's medical social worker. We set up an account for her. All was going well. Unfortunately, my Mother had to transition to a long term care facility and we know longer needed the account. I was very happy at how easy it was to cancel the account. It was a hard time and the ease in which we were able to deal with her account with KTS was really appreciated.

Highly efficient disbursement processing
KTS processes my disbursement request each month promptly and payee receives funds within 1-2 days. Always top notch service; never an issue with deposits or disbursements. In working with them for 2+ years, I've only had to call CS once and that was a very positive experience too.

At the start of the process, it was a little confusing, we had never heard about a pool trust. We did our research to better understand what a pool trust was. A friend suggest KTS for our needs, working with KTS has been a pleasure so far. Any time we had a question the staff was very receptive to our needs and assisted us. KTS has helped with the whole process of setting up the account and explaining how the pool trust works. Great staff, is willing to help with every detail.
