I spoke to Lindsey asking if she could provide any information regarding a shower tray we have just had installed. I needed to know how to clean the product. Lindsey was very helpful and emailed the details for the product and suggested the best way to care for the tray. We haven’t used the shower yet as it has just been fitted so can’t comment on anything else but customer care was excellent today.

Rang kudos earlier today about replacing a seal on a curved shower unit. Wasn't sure of the model but Lyndsey asked me to send photos and then sent me a link so I could order the correct seal. In fact I decided to order a set of seals, so am awaiting delivery! Thanks Lyndsey- great customer service!

Purchased shower tray that started to crack after less than 3 months. When this was reported with multiple images Kudos would not call to inspect and would not accept any manufacturing issues. In addition to this and following instruction to a bathroom repair company in Newcastle they identified additional manufacturing defects in the production which were also sent to Kudos and once more they would not accept any liability rather they wanted to pass off a token discount if ordering a replacement through a retailer.
Do not waste money on a kudos product they are low quality and offer nothing the way of a manufacturer warranty.

Immediate response to my initial question,geat link which made purchasing the right replacements for my shower enclosure so easy, all delivered within 48 hours.What more could anyone ask for? Thank you Kudos.

Having recently had a Kudos Connect 2 shower tray installed I had a couple of questions about cleaning and how to take the drain cover off. I had very speedy responses to my emails with helpful information. Very impressive customer service. Thank you.

I had been researching shower doors for sometime, I came across the Kudos pinnacle 8 which seemed to tick all the boxes. Kudos shower doors are made in Sandbach which gave me reassurance that the quality would be there, a local company that takes great pride in their products. My problem was that I required the door with a brushed brass finish which they didn’t produce at the time. But told me that the brand new design in brushed brass would be available within a few weeks. I was prepared to wait until the production of this door was completed. It was fresh off the production line so none of Kudos stockists had it on display. I phoned Kudos and spoke to Sarah Stepney who was more than helpful, she invited myself and my husband to the factory showroom so that we could see, feel the door in the flesh. Sarah greeted us, talked us through the high quality product, answered all our questions. We were totally sold on the company, product and Sarah and will be ordering the door through one of their stockists.

Very helpful sales person at Holme in selecting replacement top wheel packages for my 21 year old curved shower cubicle and good delivery of parts. Straight forward fitting and an excellent gliding door now established.

After researching a new shower tray, found the connect2 tray by kudos, looked perfect, slim line and fast water flow.
Ordered 1400x 800x 35mm. Once arrived checked tray looked fine, until plumber arrived this weekend, he noticed the depth was 40mm?

I rang hoping to order spare parts for our Kudos four panel bath screen as I was having difficulty ordering on the website. ( old and techno phobic)
Lindsey explained it is not possible to order over the phone but she would send me a link and that if I had any problems to get back to her. To my surprise the process was simple.
I appreciated that Lindsey offered on-going support if I was not successful.

What fantastic service. I had an issue with one of the screw fittings on a shower that had been installed two years ago, which was my fault. Once the part had been identified, replacements were sent without any discussion re blame or payment. Thank you Gemma for your help.

The response from the spares team was quick, accurate, polite and helpful, especially as the part I was looking for was for an 18 year old shower enclosure.

Bought the Original Kudos Pivot door enclosure 1200x800 which included the easy plumb plinth kit.
Having installed it following instruction's at the time was very happy.
Unfortunately about 2 weeks following installation we could here cracking noises coming from shower tray.
I contacted Kudos regarding the issue and advised to check no movement of shower tray, I asked if current number of feet was suitable for such a large shower tray and told it was the right kit (they did offer to send out an engineer at a cost of £60). Having rechecked installation I decided to add extra feet (kudos feet I might add) and the cracking noise stopped, happy days.
Two years later the shower tray had a hair line crack appear, with water starting to get through so I decided to replace the shower tray, no mean feat when it was installed using shower panels but to ensure a good fit I decided to buy the same shower tray and to my amazement Kudos has completely changed the fitting instructions.

Original instructions advised:
6 feet supporting the shower tray
Marine Ply 18mm between the floor and bottom of the supporting shower legs (so on floor with feet standing on ply)

The New instructions advised:
9 feet supporting the shower tray
Marine Ply 18mm now placed directly between shower tray and feet (so between bottom of tray and top of feet)

Shame I cant include pictures of original instructions and new ones so you can see the difference, its no wonder the tray has failed.

I have written to Kudos but they have completely ignored my e-mail.
Such a shame as the quality of the shower is great but they obviously identified an installation problem which they changed unfortunately the damage has already been done………. .

NO they have not addressed it, they came out with an excuse about standardisation of the range but this was a complete structural change to the installation of the shower base wish I could put pictures

I have two Kudos shower enclosures and, although 19 years old, they are still perfectly serviceable. I contacted Kudos and was pleased to hear I could still get the replacement seals and fitting instructions that I needed to make them like new again. Otherwise, I would have been throwing away two perfectly good enclosures. Well done Kudos, what a refreshing approach. I will certainly be actively seeking out Kudos products in the future. Many thanks for your expert help.
