If I could rate a zero in here I would.
I highly advise against doing business with the company Kugoo, Kugooescooters, Kugaroo or this brand Kukarin. They took my money for an e-scooter order and went dark as it sat in “awaiting shipment” status. They finally admitted they never had the scooter to begin with but failed to refund my money, and yet still had the nerve to ask for a 5 star review (perhaps as a bribe to get my order??). When I submitted a dispute with my credit card company, Kugaroo claimed they could only refund my money if I closed the dispute. Confirmed with my bank this is a lie and further attempt to defraud me. This company is running a scam and actively stealing money from people. Beware!

the site is a scam
the site itself may be legit may be a scam(I unlikely but maybe got unlucky) I ordered a refurbished hoyor S10sz and 3 says later they sent me an email saying its out of stock demanding I pay an additional 110£ dor the new version when I refused and asked for a at least 50/50 as this isn't normal or they should give me a scooter that's equal to it they said I can choose one and they ignored my refusal to pay when I asked if they have something like a refurbished T10 they said I have to pay 150£ more for that too.i refused and asked for the scooter I payed for or a refund and they told em to receive it I must pay an additional 110£ and said we can talk this out as itl impact theyr stockand then I refused AGAIN and asked for a refund and they've been ghosting me for almost a week I sent like 3 emails asking for a refund in the past week which they all ignored and I had to go to the bank to pay a fee and now I'm waiting for the bank to recover my money.scammers.
