The most wonderful purchase
I would like to leave a review on this Christmas tree . I have been looking for such a Christmas tree for a very long time. I needed it to be of high quality + as similar as possible to the present + it was in the snow + a built-in garland. I saw what I wanted on the website. After ordering , the parcel was delivered on time , the track number was traced . I had a few questions to the manufacturer, they answered me quickly and answered all my questions. On New Year 's Eve we had the most wonderful Christmas tree . I am very pleased and heartily recommend this manufacturer to everyone .

Had small issue with the lights and customer service fixed it over the email the same day. So overall very positive experience. Prices are also much lower than average in the shops

Horrible customer serive
Simply, never buy from Royal Christmas. You will have your worst online shopping experience. I placed an order of more than €1000 on a few items including a Christmas Tree on their website. The Christmas tree arrived in an open box, totally used, with no label and missing parts. I was very disappointed why such an expensive item should arrive in this status. When I contacted them, they simply refused to replace the tree or offer compensation. Unbelievably rude and unhelpful customer service.

The Christmas tree is not as lush as I had imagined. The tree can be seen through, as can the metal parts. Some of the branches look very much like artificial trees. Some of the branches look real. It's a mixed combination. But not bad, just didn't get the wow effect! I had imagined the Christmas tree to be more lush.
The delivery was fast and the service was friendly.

Even more disappointing
This started out to be a 4 or even 5 star review. The tree is as expected, and very good quality. The problem is, we received it last Friday and on Monday, the exact tree we purchased was discounted 20%. We requested a price adjustment for the ~1500 Euro difference, and have not received it, or even the courtesy of a reply to our emails. Very disappointing, and causing us to not recommend Royal Christmas.
In response to the reply I received below: I sent 2 emails, the first on Monday when I received notice of the sale. I have just sent another one, including the order number, to customer service.
Update 3/22/22: I have still received no reply to my emails. No acknowledgement, no price adjustment. I think that the circumstances around my purchase of a E1000 tree warrant at least that. Replying to this review so that people think you’re taking action and then you don’t, is also a bad practice.
Update 3/30/22: Now, I’ve sent FOUR emails as requested and received a reply to NONE of them. Is this ridiculous or absurd? Maybe both. Why do you keep asking me to email you when you don’t answer?
Update 5/09/22: Absolutely NOTHING has been done about this issue. All of the “contact us again, we’ll work it out requests” are just a sham as I have done this repeatedly and never received any reply, except to this review. They want people to think that they are solving the problem when they absolutely are NOT. Buyer beware!
