DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS RETAILER! I ordered a Off White trainers and returned it due to the size being too big and they refused to refund me then they said they would and after receiving the items they refuse to send me my money (claiming the box was damaged) however I’m now taking the matter further so can’t discuss too much but DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM!

Hi Malik.
I just want to point out a few things...
Firstly Kurrekt doesn't actually accept returns for items that don't fit, it offers credit notes & on request detailed sizings for all of its products if necessary to avoid the possibility of a return. We agreed to refund you the money anyway.
Secondly, you sent the item back to us no problem, upon receiving it we noticed you'd applied wrapping tape directly to a couple areas of the box, which is a soft touch card material. Whilst removing the tape, the tape peeled/ripped the outer layer of the box for a sizeable amount which we showed you & Clearpay in photos.
Finally, as per the terms and conditions on the Kurrekt website, which you agree to when you purchase and are free to read before purchase, all items must be returned in the original condition & Kurrekt is not liable for the damage whilst removing your packaging.
Clearpay have contacted us to let us know the dispute has been settled in our favour and Kurrekt are now looking to return the item as per not requiring to refund you.
We are waiting for an address so that we can return the shoes to you as you told me you no longer have access to the property we first posted them too.
This is not the out come that we wish for and would advise taking greater care when returning items in the future.
