I placed my order on April 8
I placed my order on April 8, 2026 and received an email that my order had shipped on April 10, 2026 with a link to track via FedEx. I have continued to check the tracking and it still has yet to move. I contacted CS on Monday, April 13, 2026 and was told that it was still in the warehouse. I order all the time from Kurt Geiger and this is the absolute worse experience I have encountered.
I need my shoes for an important date and have no idea when they will be shipped or arrive.

The website was difficult to navigate
The website was difficult to navigate, and I initially had trouble completing my purchase using a Visa gift card. The payment would not process. After multiple attempts, I switched to my credit card, which went through successfully after several more tries.
However, I then received two confirmation emails indicating that both transactions had been processed, and both cards were charged. When I contacted customer service, I was told that orders cannot be canceled once submitted.
As a result, I now have to wait for both pairs of shoes to arrive so I can return one, which is a major inconvenience.

Very disappointed with this purchase. After waiting 5 days, I was suddenly told that my order had been cancelled. When I placed the order, it clearly sayed 4 pairs available because I used the first-time buyer 10% discount.
It honestly feels like the order was cancelled so the items could be sold at full price to another customer — do you really think people don’t notice this kind of thing?
I bought these as a birthday gift for my wife, and now the moment is completely ruined. I will not be buying from this shop again.
