Dreadful shop! Purchased a blazer through SilkFred. When it arrived I could see it was made from very cheap material so I returned it and requested a refund. I was advised that a refund would not be forthcoming because “I had obviously worn the item as the tag had been removed and it smelt of washing powder”. This was entirely untrue and I complained to Silkfred about their associated brand. The item has since been returned to me (with the tag on as I never took it off, neither does it smell of washing powder). This evidence goes to show they are a dishonest and fraudulent company so I would absolutely avoid. I’ve raised the fraud with my bank who are dealing with them accordingly but wanted to make people aware of their underhand tactics.

I love this store and have bought many items from it. All have been wonderful and wash well. Have had so many compliments.

Do not buy the voucher they have on promotion Sept and Feb .I bought one for my daughter in law for Christmas she lives in Basingstoke ,there is no Kurt Muller store there which I knew when I bought it .But they are online ,so she ordered two items,went to checkout to pay only to be asked for a code which she did not have. I rang Juction 32 this morning only to be told ,if you buy the voucher in store it must be spent in store ,if bought online it must be spent online.That is the most stupid explanation I have ever heard .I will never use this store again .

I visited the store at junction 32, the staff were so helpful, some of the things I wanted in different colours and they didn’t have in stock at that shop but they had them in the other branch, they kindly posted them out to me the same day! 5 star service

I recently purchased a shirt from the Kurt Muller shop a while back and when i tried the shirt on at home a button fell off, this was not due to force but the threads seemed loose in other places.

I made my way back to the store to ask for an exchange because the shirt was decent, I just wanted a new one that was not damaged.

I was refused a refund on the grounds that the shirt has been worn and that i should of tried it on in the shop.

The staff were not very helpful, rude to be precise. The material looks cheap.
