Had new tyre fitted yesterday day due kwik fit not cleaning wheel rim and seal before fitting new tyre in April and second visit in September to find out reason lost AIR

Staff is professional and just replaced the parts which need to be done.
Confirmed the price before doing the job and delivered the car as planned time

Absolutely scam, went in to have a rear tire fitted, was told that I have to have the Same brand on my the rear of my car over the phone when my car was in the shop (this isn’t a legal requirement). When I went back to to Paigntion branch was the told I need to replace all of my tires with the same brand this is an absolutely a scam and was told it’s all company policy, then check on online and it’s not what a joke! I definitely would not recommend using quick fit!

Friendly helpful staff and the best manager Mick on site running it , been going more than 20 years and they really looked after my motors, past and present., I cannot fault them, will not go anywhere else.

My husband and I drive an electric vehicle, and we noticed our tyre tread depth was quite low. We have a vacation planned in the near future so we wanted our car to have the right tyre tread.
I had measured the tread depth myself, and concluded that it would be good to change both the front and back tyres. We made an appointment online with a local KwikFit shop and prepaid €1300,- for four tyres.

Then, my husband re-measured the tyres and he concluded I measured the front tyres wrong (whoopsie) which meant we did not have to change those. I dreaded calling KwikFit, but when I did I was really pleasantly surprised!
They told me it wouldn't be an issue at all to just come in for two tyres instead of four, and that they would double-check the tread depth just to be sure as well. They could have earned themselves some extra money but they chose to really put the customer first.
The money for the tyres we ended up not getting was wired back to us within two business days and we even ended up getting a discount on the two tyres that we got so we paid even less than we originally would have!

Next time we need a service that KwikFit provides, I will most definitely call them again! Really great customer service.

After receiving terrible service from a competitor of Kwik Fit (ATS) I again turned to Kwik Fit in Sale, Trafford who without any issues ordered me the correct tyre and fitted the next day. The terrible competitor wanted me to wait 3 days just to look at it! Farooq knew exactly what was needed and did an amazing job.

Took my car to the kwikfit garage In Bridgend where the manager Paul Watkins took my car for a service whilst there I was advised that there were some issues that needed fixing asap and my Mot was due and I asked him if any cancellations could he squeeze me in as I didn’t want to pay for repairs if it failed Mot he was more than obliging . He phoned me the next morning said there was a cancellation and then phoned to explain what it had failed on and the cost of the repairs . I explained I was a single parent and could not afford to do the advisory’s only the necessary things to pass Mot he understood and I asked if I could have my car back the next day as I needed it for a journey I was making today and he phoned me last night to say the car would be ready this morning for collection 5* customer service and communication from Paul , Rob and his team at the Bridgend branch would highly recommend this garage just for the quality of the staff alone. Collected my car promptly this morning all ready to go thank you boys you all deserve a raise .

I had a most pleasant experience at Kwik fit Potters Bar. Seamless transaction I spoke to Yani and he sorted everything at short notice . He and his team were excellent can't recommend enough they got me out of trouble)))) my tyre replaced in super quick time ...

I took my car to Kwikfit at lunchtime. It had a lump of metal in the tyre. The problem was dealt with promptly and efficiently.
The other tyres were checked and I was given advice about when ti have them checked.
I’m very impressed by the service that I received. I was back on the road within half an hour. Great service.

I am very satisfied, firstly they work on Saturday, I didn’t have to take a day off from work, secondly I paid through the site, left the car and picked it up in 2 hours. I advise everyone.

I am an elderly disabled driver, I was holidaying in Wales, managed to hit a protruding rock, RAC fitted my space saver, then needed to get new tyre next morning before driving home. We called Kwikfit in Bangor at 8:30am, & was driving home by 10am with the new tyre fitted. I was extremely impressed with the entire experience, the fitting team were polite (& fun!). Definitely recommended.

The worst experience I ever had.. my appointment was at 08:00 and they start working on my car at 10:00 also he mentioned that I have to pick up my car immediately once is done otherwise he will leave it in the street where I can get fine so I had to stay there for more then 3h. I got the report but I couldn’t understand anything, I asked him to explain it in English and he refused that also he was so rude. I offered to use Google translate but he refused as well while he speak English perfectly. I contacted the customer service and I did not receive any answer from them.

It's quite easy to find the service you need and make a reservation directly from the website. At the garage, the staff were so welcoming and friendly. The services were done precisely.

Chipping Sodbury Branch. Visited just before lunchtime and Apprentice (Callum?) dealt with me as his Boss had dashed to another branch to collect a tyre needed urgently for another customer. He found the problem I had with a tyre, checked and it was out of stock, and asked me to wait for his colleague to return as he couldn't order. Dean returned and quickly checked and said they could have the tyre around 3.30 this afternoon. I returned later than I said due to problems at home and they fitted the replacement quickly and efficiently.
Delighted with the job as I have been on each visit to this branch over the years.
Highly recommended due to friendly staff and helpfulness.

Great job every time I bring my car there and it is the cheap price!!
