Some of the best customer service I have ever received. They are dedicated to making your controller perfect down to the last detail. I highly recommend them and look forward to shopping with them again.

I emailed the contact email at 10:30 pm and got a response in less than 2 min. Owner is extremely responsive and he is the sole reason I bought from his store. I will be picking up another eliter series 2 in July for my bro. Definitely would reccomend to anyone. Finish grips triggers all excellent could never go back to a regular controller now. 10/10

When the Elite 2 controller is sold out EVERYWHERE, kwikboy modz came through. Not only was i able to get the elite 2 controller when it’s not available elsewhere, i was able to change the color of the LEDs for a low price, and got charged no tax. So all in all i was able to buy something unavailable, cheaper than anywhere else - only with the help of kwikboy. 12/10 service & satisfaction

It took 5 weeks to receive with poor communication regarding status. This for a controller with no mods. The last status from them was that it was in clear coat process; the controller I received was not clear coated. Based on this experience, I don’t recommend this company.

Waited a year for my elite modded controller they claimed they shipped it still don't have it I spent 220.00

He was very easy to do business with! I only gave 4 stars because my controller was sent without the charging cable and without a box. He immediately sent out the charging cable when I emailed him about it. I greatly appreciate the quick responses I got! I do find it weird however that he couldn’t send the original box of the controller... but never the less my control came intact and working functionally. Thank you!

The product is excellent! My son loved his customized Dragon Ball Z controller. Communication was great and would definitely buy from here again.

The handset looks great and was exactly as chosen in our colour however it lags and does not respond in they same way as my standard PS4 controllers.
So after I posted this review I received immediate assistance from Kwikboy which I very much appreciated. We reset the controller as advised to fix the lag problem and it has improved but not to the same level as the original controllers we own. I am not sure why, but it is now better when in use. It would be good for customers if this information was provided up front in the initial description of the controller so that customers can make a more informed decision to purchase or not, at the beginning.

It looks and feels of Good quality. It does take a month to receive but is a custom order. I would have given 5 stars except the “x” button sticks on a regular basis which is a little annoying.
