Really pleased with the service, I was having trouble ordering online but eventually manage to do it. and a sale rep still called me help me anyway A1 service 👍

So far really good service. Wanted to know a few answers so rang and talked to the staff quickly and easily. After getting all the info I needed ordered item on line with no worries. Great price as well so pleased just have to wait till it arrives now

Friendly sales, not always the easiest of communications after the sale, but no different to any other big company and product delivered in good condition (a little late - but everything to do with timber has been delayed these days). Package is a large amount of timber planks etc which is not tthe easiest to check off; you need to have an open area to stack it and check off.

Easy to order and communication is good so far. Can’t wait for it to arrive.

Sales advisor Jane was incredibly helpful and talked me through all my options to best suit my needs.

Not opened or assembled my sofa yet but it arrived in good time and was well packaged

Very Prompt

Delivery of my new workshop was made exactly according to my requirements. My building was large and so came on two delivery trucks thankfully with some time in between. Friendly and helpful drivers. I was prepared to get stuck in to assist which made the whole job of offloading that much quicker. Be aware that large building do come with a lot of component parts. Just make sure you have somewhere suitable to place them when you take delivery (ideally off the ground).

Delivered on time

The quality of the shed is good and relatively easy to put together. It looks neat and was perfect in size for what I wanted. I was kept informed and was able to track my shed with ease which was great. The only thing I would say is that we did not receive any instructions, so took a bit longer to put together, but it was fairly logical.

Lovely shed. Very happy with the finished product. Looks good and very functional. A couple of minor problems with assembly, however:
1. Instructions required S30 and S50 screws, but pack contained 25, S70 and S40 so we had to buy some screws.
2. Packs of wood to accompany panels were very damp as though they had been stored in the open for a long time.
3. Instructions not always very clear - had to do a bit of puzzling, but worked it all out in the end.

Got notification that my summerhouse would arrive about a week earlier than I anticipated, so BONUS!!
Arrived first thing in the morning. All off and stacked quickly.
Will update the review once I have built the summerhouse

Originaly ordered BillyOh Avalon Pedestrian Decorative Aluminium Garden Gate but had to change to BillyOh Nova Pedestrian Full Privacy Aluminium Garden Gate.
Very impressed with the quality of the gate and all the screws/bolts were of good quality.

Had just what I needed at a fair price, ordered friday afternoon and was delivered monday morning, well pleased.

I bought a petrol powered strimmer/brush cutter for our allotment which was delivered within two days. It was a very good price and easily does the job required although it does take a while to start but this was mentioned in the manual.

Needed replacement polycarbonate windows for my greenhouse the company was really helpful and dealt with my request expertly, still to receive my windows but initial contact cannot be faulted
