satisfied, would buy again

I bought several wigs and all were of good quality but not all were to my taste and returns are not possible. I wasn't able to track delivery but it arrived in reasonable time.

Great service

Love this website, great for all types of wigs. Customer support are really helpful too, I had an issue with the delivery (my mistake) and customer support rectified the issue within a few days. Would definitely recommend

Honest Review

I love my hair I’m not disappointed at all, but I didn’t like the fact that I had to wait for almost three months for the package, the waiting caused frustration. Y’all stated that delivery time from the UK to SA is approximately 14 days however I had to wait for almost three months. That’s the only complaint I have, so next time do better because I still want to purchase wigs from you guys, your work is beautiful I won’t lie.

EVERYTHING GREAT .

Needed to make amendments to my order. I then contacted through instagram. The help was available straight away and received order within 2 days even though when I made my order it stated that orders would take 5-8 days to be delivered. I'm very glad it arrived before that .

In terms of the wig I bought, I absolutely LOVE IT . Easy install and the length of the wig met my expectations.

To the lady I spoke to, thank you so much .

Worst experience ever lost 40.99 GBP hope you enjoyed my money

Ordered in july, couldn't afford the customers fee so I instantly send back the package before it was even delivered to my adress. Had to fight with the customer service to get a refund never got one and there's no upload on the status of the package since july 20th for some reason how strange ? The package is supposed to be on the distribution network but never got delivered to the sender. Worst brand, would never recommend.

Avoid this company at all costs

Waste of money. First they didn't say you would have to pay extra to customize the wig (including adding the curls like the model had). Took a whole month to receive my order and when it came the hair was synthetic rather then virgin hair. Try to explain to customer service but it's useless. Wasted £400 for a fake wig

Not the same wig

Wig I got wasn't the same. Also sent a message about it to customer service but nothing can't be done due to quality control. Makes me feel like I lost my money and stuck with a wig I don't like

Listen to the reviews and avoid at all cost

Normally, I buy my synthetic pieces from a trusted and reliable American site, because the thought of wearing someone else's hair on my head makes me feel a type of way, and since i needed a new piece for an occasion on Saturday, I knew even express shipping from USA won't get it here on time. So here I was browsing UK sites and came across the Labello website. Honestly, my mistake was not reading reviews before purchasing, and they are very smart to state no returns on their website, since they know the nonsense they sell. Mahnnn, I have no words!! If you like yourself and work hard to earn your coins, then do yourself a favour and avoid this site. Unless of course your partner, husband, sugar zaddyy, gives you the coins and you can waste it. Worst purchase ever!!!!

The ponytail hair

The ponytail hair, I bought is the absolute worst. True as it on and it tangled up. Very flimsy hair. I couldn’t use it. I had to go buy another hair in emergency. Don’t waste your money!

Never got my hair and I need to travel…

Never got my hair and I need to travel for a trip to Dubai. Wanted a hassle free wig especially because I'm pregnant. The tracking information never updated to say it was sent. I waited close to 2 weeks. Contacted the owner and still no answer. I really wanted to get this hair.

I’m SO disappointed with the company I…

I’m SO disappointed with the company I have been waiting nearly two weeks for ONE wig the the customer service has been terrible the email replies are slow! I’ve received no updates to know what’s going on or refund and I’m just fed up!!

FIRST OF ALL What your not going to do is LIE!! You had emailed me after I emailed CHASING one wig three times!!
All now I’m waiting for my express shipping refund because 4 weeks for one wig after paying for it to come between 1-2 days it’s not on!!
My last email saying refund me please or give me a date I was told ON the day you will receive it today! Now I have the wig I have to laugh the wig looks like it’s been returned three times oh and worn three times!

Bad customer service

Bad customer service, I have been and always was a returning customer for them for over three years now but recently they customer service attitude was very poor . So I decided to unfollow them on all platforms and won’t buy from them ever again

They sent me the wrong item

They sent me the wrong item. They asked me to return it and show proof before the correct item ordered Wld be sent. I had to use my lunch time to go to post office to return item. It is YOUR mistake not mine. They could have arranged a pickup of wrong item delivered. I had to stress myself about the return. Never using them again.
