Small problem, big consequence
Price of product excellent but postage almost doubled the price paid because we only needed a small quantity and that seemed unfair. Delivery was quick and quality of product was as expected EXCEPT, the label sheets were very slightly larger than A4 which meant our A4 template had to be amended so the labels printed accurately. This only discovered after 5 sheets had been wasted. This was time consuming and wasteful.

We ship all our orders via parcel force, we do this so that our orders arrive on time and are tracked. We offer free postage for all orders over £50 but unfortunately there is a cost for this service, but it is made clear there is a shipping charge at checkout.
In regards to the wasteage of sheets for calibration, we do supply software templates on the site for free, but all printers are different and there will always be a need for some calibration. However, as a sign of good faith we would be more than happy to send you out some more sheets free of charge.

Very happy with product works perfectly in printer just like Avery genuine labels, i did pay for next day delivery but came couple of days later but I can over look that as the product with postage is half that of Avery labels ,can recommend

From the sending of samples to a super quick delivery service (faster than they let you know, which almost caught me out as I had planned to be elsewhere that day). Def recommend as the prices are outstanding value too
