Came as depicted and promised. I’m happy with my purchase.

Product was not delivered. Mail on Support was not answered, only the order was stoppend. But the may point is that the product is still available in the Web Shop!?!

Ordered for my daughter's birthday on April 7th. It's now the 18th and still sitting in "ordered" status. Her birthday is next week.

The cheap thin chain broke when initially put on. She never got to wear it. Most definitely NOT WORTH the time or $$

So the photo of the item I ordered and the fast shipping is the only reason I give this one star. Otherwise the item itself is super small print and blurry. I have reached out three times now with zero response from the seller. Definitely not worth the money!

Items bought where made of cheap materials, not worth the price paid

I ordered an item on accident along with my order. Sent a message to cancel it within 5 minutes. My emails were ignored until after the items shipped. I was a major hassel to get my refund and return their item that i didnt want.

I liked the quality of the goods I purchased and the corrections that where made to my order adequately dealt with. Though response to correspondence by email my be slow hang in there they will work you you if there's a problem.

The pendant seems to be of great quality shipping was timely and packaging was orderly the only negative i have is that the message inside the box even thiugh it was still a good message was different from the one i saw when i ordered it and i did not see a seltion option so i'm guessing its a random of a few differing messages

My wife loved the necklace and has worn it every day since. The gift arrived a day early and is of great quality.

When I ran into a shipping issue, I reached out to support, they quickly corrected things, and got my parcel back out and delivered with ease.

Good customer support is always appreciated in any business. In this case, it was revered.
