After having a screen protector applied, it broke within a few days. I then visited another store to have it replaced under warranty. During the removal of the damaged screen protector, the staff handled the procedure improperly and caused significant damage to my smartphone, scratching and even puncturing the screen.
I was advised to contact customer service, but the damage was clearly caused during the service performed by your staff. I expect this matter to be taken seriously and handled appropriately.

Visited this supplier for a Samsung case yesterday for my friend’s mobile and when we asked the price we were told €19 but it turned out that was just for the screen protector! The store doesn’t show the prices for anything so you have no idea what the final bill is going to be. In our case, the case which they had suggested with some fancy personalisation and screen guard came to about €50! By changing to a cheaper case cover we got it down to about €40 but a total rip off. AVOID THIS STORE!

I bought a phone case here about 3 months ago and was told at the time that the gems wouldn’t come off. As I specifically asked this. But they have, so I went back to the shop today.
The man I spoke to was rude from the start. He told me it had to be within 30 days, which isn’t true when something is faulty. In Spain (and across the EU), faulty items are covered for much longer than that, and the seller is responsible. When I tried to explain this, he blamed it on the case being “dirty” it’s a phone case, something I use every single day, so basic durability should be expected.
Instead of listening, he spoke over me and actually called me stupid, which is completely unacceptable. I may not be from Spain, but I’m still entitled to the same consumer rights as anyone else. If this had been handled politely, I would’ve just bought another case. But I absolutely was not, I’ll go to another of the 100 stores I can get a case from and I’ll be warning others as I’m here often and know a lot of people. Absolute joke.

El hombre con el que hablé fue grosero desde el principio. Me dijo que tenía que ser dentro de los 30 días, lo cual no es cierto cuando un producto es defectuoso. En España (y en toda la UE), los productos defectuosos están cubiertos durante mucho más tiempo y el vendedor es responsable. Cuando intenté explicar esto, lo culpó a que la funda estaba “sucia”; es una funda de móvil, algo que uso todos los días, así que se debería esperar una durabilidad básica.

En lugar de escuchar, me habló por encima y de hecho me llamó estúpida, lo cual es completamente inaceptable. Puede que no sea de España, pero sigo teniendo derecho a los mismos derechos como consumidora que cualquier otra persona. Si esto se hubiera gestionado de manera educada, simplemente habría comprado otra funda. Pero absolutamente no fue así; iré a otra de las 100 tiendas donde puedo conseguir una funda y advertiré a otros, ya que estoy aquí a menudo y conozco a mucha gente. Un chiste absoluto.

Spain and was met with one of most rude salesperson ever. My daughter was not satisfied with the options being offered at the store and thanked the salesperson for her time. As she walked away the salesperson told her co-worker "they dont have any money!" To assume a customer doesnt have any money because they dont like the available options speaks poorly of the staff and the establishment. Dont bother visiting the store unless you want to be insulted by the staff. The staff member in question looms to be in her 50s, dark hair and wears glasses.

I reached out to customer service to express my concerns, but I was met with indifference. They took days to respond, and when they finally did, they offered a vague apology without any resolution or compensation. It felt like my concerns were being brushed aside.

I'm really disappointed because I had hoped to support a local business, but this experience has left me feeling frustrated and taken advantage of. I’ve learned my lesson and will be more cautious in the future. I hope sharing my experience helps others avoid the same issues. It’s important for businesses to take responsibility and provide quality customer service. If you’re looking for reliable products and support, I highly recommend looking elsewhere.

I needed a new cover for my Samsung Fold 3 so visited La Casa de Las Carcases - the Pescara branch. I was warmly welcomed by Arturo who immediately found me an appropriate case (not always easy with the old phone I have). I needed a screen glass for both the front and the back of the phone (around the camera lenses) which he accessed and happily applied for me. Arturo suggested matching lanyards and gave me his advice on which to choose. I found the service here extraordinarily and I thoroughly recommend visiting the Pescara store for all your phone needs.

I Tried to return something that was poor quality. I asked for a refund and they had me waiting for ages and put on an act that if was something to do with my card and refused to give me a refund. Absolute scam artists. They scammed me for €54. Avoid at all costs!!!

We where at the store in Sevilla in Calle Sierpes. Wide range of products. We came in the store just to look. Ending purchases almost everything (covers, slides and powerbank) and above all with good service. Fran was professional and available to answer my questions and indecisions. Thank you!

Really bad experience. I bought a protective film for my IPad but realized at home that it wasn’t the right size so I didn’t even take it out of the package. When I tried to return it they took it out and told me that there is one of the films missing and it didn’t look new anymore so they wouldn’t take it back.

As soon as we entered LA CASA DE LAS CARCASAS in Fuengirola, there was a nice lady (Marina) who immediately came to help us find my sister a perfect phone case, spy screen protector and a phone cleaner that's all over tiktok! I asked her if they had white pairs of Bluetooth Headphones and she was completely honest with me and told me that white ones could get dirty but I still bought them. Although I appreciate the fact that she was hones with us. Marina also had a lot of patience with us and helped us kindly so because of her and the wonderful service we left the store feeling happy with our purchases. It was so nice seeing my sister happy because it was her birthday and she got everything she needed thanks to this nice lady whose name was Marina. So please give her a raise! She worked hard and I believe it could really help her! Tha k you for the good service again!❤️😁

Don't buy power banks here. The power bank I purchased I this shop doesn't work and it was very expensive (35 EUR). Waste of money and time. Very sad that they sell broken items.
