Scam. Never sent me my order. Do not buy from them.

The laces I picked out ended up being a different color than they appeared in the picture. That’s fine and understandable. Then I reached out to Loop King asking about a return or exchange. They never got back to me. So I paid $13 for some shoelaces that I’m not going to use. Also, maybe consider giving people an option not to have gold tips.

Great laces and went well with my nikeys. The leather is authentic as well as it complimenting the gold tail ends of the laces. People always ask where do i get the laces from, and tell them it’s from loop king laces. 100% buy if you want stylish and long lasting laces.

Customer service was great regarding product help. I was struggling on finding the right laces for a birthday gift and the support I received via email was amazing.

After purchasing, the product I received was of high quality, just as advertised. Cannot fault the entire process from advice to purchase to delivery.

I bought laces a month ago, did not receive a trucking number from the company, wrote to the company 3 email no one answered, it's not about money - this is how I lost time with this company

Took my money but never sent product. Ignoring emails, and all forms of communication.

If I could give 0 I would. Never received the product. Emailed 5 times, no response. This is a fake company. Do not get scammed like I did

they took my money no issue and then I sent multiple emails asking them for a update after waiting well beyond the 5-10 buiessness days. NEVER GOT A ANSWER.then I got a email telling me they hope I enjoy and gave me a l coupon. but I never received the laces. there are plenty of other places to get laces from that actually ship so use this as a warning.

It says 3 stars, but its really 2.5 stars for a half ass job, the laces came fine, but there was one problem, I ordered white laces with gold aglets, well one lace came with both aglets, the other came with one aglet, i emailed them, and fair enough they emailed back pretty quickly, but they said it would come and it never did, so🤷🏾‍♂️

Bought the same purchase 7 times.
The webside told me that the order didn't go through when in reality it did. So after a couple of triest trying to figure out what the problem was i ended up with 7 times the original purchase.

If I could give this company negative stars I would. They will take your money and never send the product you ordered. They do not reply to any emails in regards to your order. This company is a scam, I had to dispute the charge with my card company and request a new card.
