Gorgeous authentic laces however I placed the order 6 months ago and got them after 6 months (as shown by my transaction history,probably longer) .
Apart from extensive shipping delay , I respect the fact it was well packaged, beautiful laces , however it will fit the upper part of most Jordan’s or sneakers, as the gold tone can’t go through the smaller shoe holes as there are various lengths and assortments to choose from, however length mattered to me . I might look into their smaller diameter laces .
Overall despite this, still a unique market place for laces .

Super Late Shipping & No Communication
I placed an order for two pairs of laces in April for some custom shoes my boyfriend was designing and he wanted specific laces. My order did not ship until July! I was never given any update of why it took so long to ship because when I ordered I should’ve had the laces within a few days according to the website. I had already forgot I even placed an order and then i received an email stating my order has shipped. They also, definitely charged my card in April although my order didn’t ship then. Very disappointed and I will never order from here again.
I also, read they are under new management and will ship free laces for the inconvenience but, that’s really not an excuse or answer as to why they don’t respond to people’s DMs on IG or emails like common y’all need to do better. The money is charged off bat but, zero communication and extremely late shipping. Laces are nice but, not worth the wait.

I was ready to cancel my debit card
I was ready to cancel my debit card , which i used in order to get back $21.00 . I waited 2 months, and sent a dozen emails, Insta, email, etc. Never got a single response back about where they were . When they arrived I was shocked. The product was good, but give about a 2 month time span to get them. If you buy from them use a Credit card so you'll get your money back, not a Debit Card.
