Laces are gorgeous! Only problem was shipping. I must have got lost in the shuffle. Ordered 4/6 and heard nothing again. Only after leaving several emails…. asking where order was magically the laces were on the way after a month. Beautiful laces just not good communication. Hard to reach anyone!

I'm giving it a 3 out of 5 because it took about a month for my order to be received. I was thinking it was a scam because I emailed them 6days later to ask the status of my order because I did not even get a tracking number. But didn't receive no answer so I just waited and than about 2 weeks later I received an email saying your order was shipped. It took 3 week's to ship my order so I received it a week later after that email. The laces are great on my sneakers.

Shipping takes longer than what is says on the website
The website should say that it takes weeks or months not 1-2 days in the USA for shipping. This is misleading and don’t set expectations to the customer and under deliver.

Loop King is ass! I finally got my laces but customer service is nonexistent. Took 2 months just to get my laces. I won’t order from them again.
Update: Loop King reached out to me after new management took over and made things right. Offered a free pair. They shipped my new laces out quickly. I will definitely try them again.
