Visited the regent street London store today, my son was itching for some shorts but sadly didn’t have his size. Which meant he still had to spend my money (yuk) thanks to GEORGE he helped my son with a belt purchase. He was very smiley and assertive ( something other stores lack ) well done George 🫶🏻

Very unhelpful Customer Service. Tick box mentality
I had a slightly unusual query in that I got prescription Lacoste glasses from an optician who retired shortly afterwards. I fully appreciate that normally I would take a faulty product back to the opticians, but when he has retired that is not possible. So I approached Lacoste as it was the Lacoste frames that had a manufacturing fault. Even though I was happy to pay maybe 'cost price' and postage for a replacement frame, Lou Elise in customer service was completely unwilling to assist. Needless to say I won't be getting Lacoste 'premium designer' rubbish again.

I went to buy a lacoste products from lacoste outlet livingston shopping center scotland , they were fixing thier shop so they change unite , i bote 2 product on sale and i've asked at the tell , if any of the items isn't fitting ill return it , they said yes y have 60 days to return it.
When i want to return 1 producte because it's small , they say ohhh sorry you are not elegible for a refund , your reciept said no refund for sell items .

Excellent customer service. Isabelle the advisor was amazing. Issue with the delivery address on a dispatched delivery. Was sorted within 24hrs by Lacoste. Despite DPD’s reluctance to help me.

Unprofessional and Bad Customer Service
I purchased a Lacoste tracksuit via the Lacoste website there was a free gift which I should have received and I did not, I contacted the customer service team and they took about 2 days to revert to my query. They told me that the offer ended which was one day after I placed the order and they told me that I never met the conditions for the gift, the only condition was that your purchase had to be over a certain amount and my purchase was. The conditions which was stated in the communication is totally misrepresentation, as it only states that if you purchase is over a certain amount you will receive the free gift and the customer service team provided me a list of conditions which was not in the advertisement.
Also, the condition which I received my parcel was really unprofessional and extremely bad customer service, for such an expensive brand and well renowned Company you would expect much better service than this. The parcel was not in a sealed bag, it was just in a Lacoste shopping carrier bag left at my door and this could have been removed by anyone passing by. They were not apologetic in anyway for the service they provided as well as the condition which I received my parcel.

I thought I could trust a renowned brand but this one is an absolute scam.
I bought several items from their sale online. Upon opening the parcel I noticed 2 items missing (I have purchased 6 in total) so I called customer service straight away as they were both a part of a gift needed rapidly. I was asked to fill in a form and email it along with my ID which I did straight away.
The next day (today) I was emailed that after investigation the items have been sent and they can neither replace them nor offer a refund « thank you for understanding »
No Lacoste, I do not understand how you dare rob your customers of their money. There are so many complaints on here, how are they getting away with this?

Don't buy Lacoste products online
Truly awful online shopping experience. I ordered 5 items, kept 3 and returned 2, which were too small. I was refunded for only one of the 2 returned items. When I contacted Lacoste, They claim only one was returned. Clearly there was an issue in their registering process and I could've done nothing differently, having followed their returns process perfectly.
They've been ignoring my subsequent emails and I've been brushed off, I presume, as a dishonest customer.
I've been a customer for years but will never wear their products again. I've been left to absorb the cost of Lacoste's mistake. An absolutely squalid company and I recommend you stay away.
