Delivery issues
The online experience is fine; they respond fairly quickly to any inquiries. However, the time they take to prepare the order from their Australian warehouse is insane. Additionally, while it’s not directly their fault, the time it takes for the parcel to reach New Zealand is also way too long. Almost two weeks have passed, and one of my orders still hasn’t arrived in New Zealand. They offer free shipping, but I would definitely prefer to pay a fee and receive the order more quickly. It’s absolutely unacceptable that I receive my Temu orders before theirs.
First time online order
First time online order. Ordered 4 x t-shirts in XL. 3 issues arose 1) one t-shirt was cancelled by Lacoste as out of stock, despite being in-stock upon ordering 2) 4 days for delivery is too slow 3) 1 of the 3 t-shirts arrived was a large rather than an XL, requiring a return. All round sub-optimal order, not what you would expect from such a high-end brand.

Lacoste is the worst fashion company ever in the uk. Never ever buy stuff here guys! Absolutely cringey! Had a missing item from my purchase and they neither refunded nor replaced. Made me sign a document and submitted my ID. Shame on youse!
Never got my money back
Be extremely careful if you buy a Lacoste item online. I did with "cash on delivery" payment, and when I returned the item I never got back my money. Customer center is not replying to my emails, I will have to report them to the police and to the Ministry of Commerce. I also contacted the head office in Paris, nobody replied to me. Very bad and frustrating experience.
Scandalous Service - Lost 400€ Jacket and No Accountability
I ordered a 400€ jacket from Lacoste, trusting their promise that delivery would require a signature. Not only did no one ask for a signature, but the package was lost entirely. When I reached out, I followed their process and even signed a legal declaration stating I had not received the package. What did they do? They sent me a so-called “proof of delivery” with nothing but an illegible scribble—no actual signature, no accountability.
Lacoste has done absolutely nothing to resolve this issue, leaving me without my purchase or any compensation. For a brand of their stature, this is beyond disgraceful. I will now pursue legal action because this level of negligence and disregard for customers is unacceptable. Lacoste clearly does not care about its customers—save your money and avoid them at all costs.
Called 2days ago to ask for a product…
Called 2days ago to ask for a product size change because the size was wrong when I ordered to be told product was already processed to be shipped out. Called back a day later to find out I had been lied to and product hasn't been shipped at all. Then I called to ask for a refund because I had been lied to. Just for the customer care representative to tell me I can't be refunded even though my purchase hast even been shipped out. I am very upset because I can't get my money back for something I haven't received or hasn't been shipped to me and I have paid my money. I'm very disappointed in customer care and will NOT be buying anything from this website again.

It is almost boarding on being illegal how it is hidden and Customer Support Staff actually state "In case we give it out incorrectly, we are told never to provide the email address!
I want to check where my complaint is with a pair shoes that were only days old, that were "Not fit for Purpose" under the law, but I think my complaint is not even being investigated, hence whey they will nor share my data on me as I requested.

Don’t buy Lacoste
I bought a pair of Lacoste trainers around 6 months ago and last week one of the metal crocodile motifs fell it and now I have 2 holes on the side of my trainer, the other trainer still has the motif on it. They are unwearable now and considering the cost they were I’m very disappointed in the quality. I tried to contact customer service to see if they could help and useless springs to mind. They said because I didn’t buy them online they couldn’t help and they didn’t carry spare parts!!.. I asked who do you contact if the purchase was not made online…I’m still waiting to find out!! I’m fuming that no one unwilling to help with this issue and I’ve came to a dead end with a pair of 6 month old trainers that are unwearable!!

I have ordered a pair of sneakers for my sister as a birthday present on 22.10.2024 , by 26 of October I have not received my order, but the Fedex e-mail stated that the order was delivered On 24th of October to someone named "NHOUSE" and there was no any further information for the address of the recipient.
I contacted both, Lacoste and Fedex, both of them relieve themselves of their responsibilities to refund for the missing package ! Worst experience ever, I didn't expect such attitude towards the client from a brand like Lacoste. It cost me $85 to prove that this brand is not worth dealing with.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with a Lacoste long sleeve shirt. After just 2-3 days of light use, it started to tear in multiple places. For a brand known for such a high price, I expected much better. This was not just a small issue—the material clearly wasn’t durable enough. I can’t believe how quickly it fell apart.

Quality has gone downhill, bought powercourt trainers only last month, not wore them much and already falling apart. £80 for a pair of trainers that don't last over 4 weeks is absolutely shocking.
Do not buy Lacoste watches.
I bought a Lacoste watch for my daughter, a year and a half later it's just up working. I emailed Lacoste and attached the receipt which has a 2-year warranty.
Lacoste says they do not cover the mechanics of the watch!!! You couldn't make this up.
So I now have a broken watch and a valid receipt and they still won't refund me.
Absolutely avoid buying any Lacoste products. Terrible customer service.
SCAMMED, no refund no product
Terrible customer service, they basically scammed me, after I payed on the website and waited more than 2 weeks, i did not receive my product, so I contacted customer service, they said that they are out of stock, so I asked for a refund, they said that it will take up to 3 days, but here I am, 35 DAYS LATER, no refund no nothing, they even changed the status of my order to CANCELED, mind you I did not cancel anything, now they don't even respond to email and calls, they are bottom line SCAMMERS.

After returning a top I bought on line, I contacted customer service to chase my refund as this was taking some time. I sent the proof of postage and was told my parcel had been received on 2nd September and to allow a few more days for the refund to be processed. After many more email exchanges I have now been told that they haven’t received my parcel and that they won’t refund me. Totally disgusting service by what I always considered a reputable brand. Never again.

I want to share my experience so you do not have a headache with this company (LACOSTE). I bought shoes, and just two months later, the leather material ripped. I wrote to customer service, and they asked for more pictures and evidence; it was weird that you had to send customer service, the warranty team and complaints in the same email, meaning they do not care, just playing with you. I used to love this brand, but now I will not buy any more from them. I will find support for the other side.
