My favourite online casino, honestly my go to... I win often, I think it's the red. Also they spin fairly I can 100% testify to that. Yes, I lose a lot and probably more than I win, BUT at least you win sometimes. Other casinos never win just throwing money into an abyss.

Unfortunately there isn’t a zero button here. I am a good customer, in fact, I am told I am a highly valued customer. So highly valued that they are happy to take my money and when they have made an error setting a bet I have spent four hours across four days trying to get them to rectify it. Every time I have spent an hour chatting to customer services who say they will follow up with an email… and no such thing has happened. I guess when you are taking millions of pounds profit from honest punters they must be happy to lose one if it means they keep the £400 they owe me. Frustrating and daylight robbery to say the least.

Do not bother this company.they take your money in.but couldn't get money out without they want bank statement.why!.to me this is fraud.avoid at all cost.

Ladbrokes slot machines are completely rigged, there is no way a slot machine should be allowed to take £500 of a person within an hour, the law needs to change to stop these theives taking people money in this way they do, the company needs it's license revoked.

spent over £500 on slots in the last week, and the most i won was £30. Teasing with the features, but never win from them. Got fishing frenzy bonus 3 times but not once did I get a fisherman and a fish in the same spin.

Deposited £200 early a month ago, didn't bet but they won't let me withdraw. From reading hundreds of bad reviews it seems this is par for the course for this ghastly Company.
Looks like I need to use small claims court, completely daft I have to resort to this
ZERO STARS

Wanted to bet on the Grand National, normally I do this at a local betting shop but was away for the Weekend so no local ones nearby. I went onto Ladbrokes website and registered. Once it had all my details, including bank, I went on to place bets. The race went ahead and I chose the winner with other 3 bets not winning. This didn't show on the account for a few hours. Finally it showed so not in a hurry I went to claim it 2 days later. I tried but i just got a message saying failed. In the end I had to go on live text, first with a robot and then an actual person. After 20 mins they said they had to put me onto another person which they took 15 minutes and then said I had to send proof of who I was - unbelievable - they took my money from Visa Debit card but would not put back on the same card card or Bank Transfer!!
I told them it was ridiculous but they insisted and said it would take several days for their Finance people to decide to pay me or not - what???

The way the company can improve is sack all the website staff and employe some people that know what they are doing totally rubbish can't log in half the time keeps crashing

I would give this company no stars whatsoever, if I could, but it won't let me do that. This whole site is designed to take your money, by hook, or by crook! When you query anything in customer services, they try and palm you off with lie, after lie, after lie. The fact of the matter is that they're nothing more than a bunch of thieves. The worst bookies, in the UK, by a country mile!!!!
