Put a bet on I Am Maximus to win the national a while back. Won around 115 pounds.

Went into bookies, said couldn't pay out as id used google wallet to tap their card reader to pay for a bet rather than use a physical card which noone questioned at the time.

Gave me a couple of phone numbers to contact their head office, including one on a poster on their door, neither worked.

Tried going back one day they'd shut 2 hours earlier then times on their door and wasn't a bank hol or anything.

Went back another day and were doing their usual thing standing next to an open fire exit smoking, I said the numbers they gave me didn't work, was completely calm and polite, they proceed to get a lot nastier and aggressive towards me.

Avoid at all costs. Thieves. Stole 14.93 from closing my account because I withdrew 109.00 that was my profit in the year. If you lose thousands a week they will be your friends but make 100 quid profit they will close your account and steal any money left in your account. Bunch of rogues in my opinion, had a winner at 50/1 and they refused to pay out the best odds guaranteed because apparently I hadn't opted in.
