Next day delivery was a shambles!
Next day delivery was a shambles. Ended up b3 days later and only informed on the 3rd day that’s when it was being delivered.

Excellent product and service
Easy to order. I have used this company previously, and found excellent service. This time, arrived to my local depot in Scotland promptly, but a slight glitch with freight company delivery to me. I have had a bad experience with this company. Unfortunately my experience is different from what is available here.
1. Ordered a ladder which was delivered but It was unsafe and it was damaged. Photo evidence sent, reply from them said it would be collected and money refunded. Still waiting for collection. Repeated emails have not been responded to.
2. Ordered a werner ladder over phone ( phone call was recorded by the company as per the info), cancelled the order within few minutes. Received an email confirming the cancellation but money has not been refunded. Repeated emails have not been replied to.
I am happy to provide the e mail evidence to confirm the above. The integrity of this online company is in question given the above facts. Bank statement evidence of payment to this company can be provided as evidence.
Also I have asked for the complaints process for this company which has not been replied to.
Update on 18.7.25
1. Refund money for werner ladder ( order cancelled within minutes of telephonic order) was stated as refunded (by an email) but not received in my account. Raised a dispute with the bank.
2. Faulty unsafe ladder, email reply stated it would be picked up, no one has contacted me for a pick up.
3. Requested for details of complaints process, no reply on this, raises more questions on the integrity.
4. Requested for ICO details, not provided.
Addendum on 19.7. 25
After multiple e mails, cancelled order for werner ladder has been refunded. Can Co firm from my bank statement. Note that I raised a dispute with the bank.
Regarding others, no communication on who will be picking damaged ladder, when would that happen, no replies to my email on other queries raised.
Happy to provide evidence to confirm that what has been stated is truth and not a conflicted version of truth.
