Paint and Lakeland service good as always. Courier delivery service terrible as always.
One other thing. Paint is put in cans of apparently random colour. Then the only id for the colour of the contents is a tiny label, which is placed exactly where it gets covered in paint the first time someone uses it.
If you have several different, but similar shades on one project, this can be a real pain. Maybe at least place the label lower down on the can?

many thanks for taking the time to send in your feedback. Couriers = I am very sorry and we do agree - and one careless driver can get the whole a bad name. The great majority of goods are in perfect condition - but that's no excuse - just context.
We will certainly be having words with our couriers over this - but over the years we have already tried almost every courier in the UK and, DPD have emerged as the best. The cans - coincidentally we are switching over to one colour right now - its the blue version.

Really good paints
Really good paints, would put 5 stars but the extra VAT hidden before checkout and added shipping costs were a surprise! Shipping should really be included.

Quick response on questions
Quick response on questions, quick delivery, always use these people. I want a toxic free house and many people forget about the toxic paint they put on their walls, floors and ceilings not to mention doors etc. Painted a whole room and you couldn't smell it had been painted.
It costs more than what you would get on the shelves in most DIY shops but it's safer, free from VOC's which are linked to loads of health issues including cancer, small price to pay really for peace of mind.
