Rapid delivery. Excellent quality paint.
No VOCs and very good coverage.

I’m severely allergic to preservatives and these paints are fantastic as the Matt paint doesn’t contain any. I no longer need to leave the house (unlike with other well known brands). The paint is a dream to use and pigmentation is high. My only slight grumble is I’d like to be able to buy a smaller quantity than 5 litres.

I ordered some match pots so I could choose which was the best. I then told my cabinet maker the name of the colour so they could order what they needed.
When the cabinets came the colour blue was totally different. When he called to highlight the issue they dismissed the problem and were not helpful. The last resort I had some green Lakeland Paint and had to do some paint mixing myself to get the colour as close as to the colour I wanted.

I received a tin of paint which was so damaged it wasn't possible to store the paint in as it was soon to split. I was offered a new empty tin to store it in, but I had to push for Lakeland to even offer to refund the shipping price.
I feel overall fairly disappointed with their customer service. For a high priced product I expected a much better service.

I use Lakeland paints for all my jobs now.
They are wonderful. Excellent colour range. Excellent workability. No smells or off gassing. Good range of products for different purposes. I’ve used the wood glue, the varnish, matt wall paint, wipeable wall paint, clay paint and the multi surface paint they have all been great!

Very good service. The patio cleaner worked well other than a few really dirty places under a tree.

Delivered promptly, and in well sealed containers ( I particularly like the cool clip on the 5L tin that enables you to reseal properly.) Packaging was enviro friendly (other than the plastic film over the paint tin itself, unless I'm missing something there?) No smell other than a sort of yummy smell! None of the usual headaches I associate with painting. Good coverage, glides on. Quick drying and beautiful rich colours.

Brilliant quality and colour as usual. I chose Clotted Cream egg shell for my kitchen which is a warm, glowing white. Ideal for the north facing room. Gives the walls a luxe look.

We have purchased so many paints and different colours, they are all beautiful. And such a relief to paint our walls knowing I am not intoxicating my family and myself.

As a regular customer, I only purchase paint products from LP because of the exceptional quality, sustainability, their ethos on environmental and human health, and the efficiency of their service.
