Arrived late but good staff

I ordered the the kit in January and was nearly a month before I received it which was very frustrated. Staff were however very helpful & explained that due to issues with customs there was a delay.

If you’re experiencing the same & have emailed LamBrow, make sure you check your junk mail as every email I had back went into mine.

Actually really good 🧼

Actually really good! I bought another brand of soap brow ‘iconic London’ and it did nothing! This soap however was amazing, I have Asian eyebrows and my hairs are very fine and light. This soap gives them life and gives me the fuller brow look. Don’t hesitate buy it!

Do not use!

Awful. Awful. Awful. Ordered over a month ago and it still hasn’t arrived. Customer service is nonexistent and they do not help you. You cannot get a refund if your order is lost in transit, which sounds like it happens a lot from what I’ve read. £25 gone. Scam!

Absolutely ridiculous.

Absolutely ridiculous.
Bought the lamination kit, and was so excited. A month later, still nothing. Sent an email - no response. Asked for a refund and was refused.
Wish I looked at reviews before trusting this company. Shocking really. What a scam.

Disappointed

I received an email saying my package was delivered and keep receiving emails for a review. I was hesitant about this because I do not like bashing on anything, but it’s been over a month and a half since I emailed LamBrow to ask about my package that never made it to me despite saying delivered. I’ve still received no answer, but keep receiving automated emails to rate a product I never received. Would like this fixed ASAP or my money returned.

I have still not received my order

As soon as I raised awareness that my product had not been delivered, the team were onboard and quick to dispatch a new order which I received within a week. I am yet to use the product, however, very happy with the quick response and service received.

Wish I looked at the reviews before placing my order as it appears I’m having the same issue as everyone else! I placed my order two weeks ago and there’s no shipping information available, was told that due to covid there’s delays but by the looks of these reviews that’s an excuse!! Wish I checked here first..

Bought the lambrow kit took 4 weeks to arrive, so much for 3 days shipping! Absolute sham considering everyone has had to wait this amount of time
