Brow soap is good it’s the usual one I get however my order was missing an item and I couldn’t get through to anyone to solve this. Great product but poor customer service so was disappointed

This product personally works very well…
This product personally works very well and does what it claims to. It is slightly over priced but over all I think it’s worth it. Although some products take longer to come they are still worth the wait. I am interested in seeing what some of there other products are like.

White residue and no hold
The eye brow soap comes off white- not clear- on black eye brows and brown skin.
Doesn’t have a strong hold either.
Quite disappointed, especially for the price I paid. I have been using my normal organic soap from the health store and it works 100 times better (clear when applied and holds eye brows in any shape) and is a quarter of the price
Should have returned it.

I'm sorry you didn't find the product worked as you expected. The best advice I could give you is to try using the product with setting spray to help it hold rather than water, use more product and less water. I can assure you we test our products on a variety of hair types to be inclusive of all ethnicities and so I cannot say for sure why in your case you found the product didn't work correctly and left white residue as it should also dry colourless.

Did not do what was stated. Does not stay and was really overpriced considering the the final result it gives.

Hi Molly, I am sorry to hear that. If you are finding it is not holding well we would suggest using more product or using it with setting spray rather than water. If you don’t have any setting spray, try using less water on the brush and so the brow soap dries more quickly. I hope this helps!
