RUN AWAY

RUN AWAY – Avoid This Company

I'm giving 1 star only because there is no option to give 0.

I purchased a light fixture from this company, only to be informed afterward that the item was actually unavailable.

What should have been a simple refund turned into a long and extremely frustrating ordeal. It took countless emails and multiple phone calls just to get my money back. They do not answer the phone, and emails go unanswered for days (or not at all).

After a great deal of stress, persistence, and wasted time, I finally received my refund.

Based on my experience, I absolutely cannot recommend this company. The entire process felt highly unprofessional and very concerning.
