Rapid processing and delivery of order and in replacing a bulb that arrived broken; it was a fuss free replacement. Would recommend and will buy again

I ordered LED lamps which turned out to be out of stock ( this was not made clear on the website). A week later I emailed to enquire where the order was to be told they would be in stock that Friday. A week later still no delivery so emailed again to be told the goods had been sent and should be with me “imminently” . Two days later I get and email to inform me the goods had “just shipped”. As an electrical contractor I need companies I can rely on and trust so I won’t be placing anymore orders with Lamps2udirect.

Had a long tube bulb delivered for underneath my kitchen units, however it was smashed by FedEx en-route !!
I immediately emailed Lamps2udirect with photo evidence.
A gent called Martin immediately responded (I was like WOW), as it was after business hours.
He immediately dispatched another out, which arrived the following day, encased in a long hard cardboard tube and bubble wrap inside (well protected)
Now installed and working great :)
A truly 5-Star customer service experience and I won’t hesitate to shop with lamps2udirect again and I’ll certainly be recommending friends & family, too

Very happy with the service, lamps2u had what I needed and my order arrived promptly.

I placed 2 orders with Lamps 2 U Direct and both were delivered in good time. There was a problem with the second order in that the incorrect bulbs were shipped. However this was sorted out very quickly by the sales team and the correct bulbs were then shipped to me the same afternoon. Hence 4 stars rather than 5 this time!

Excellent customer service, would return in future

Waited a long time didn’t get my lights. They were very polite and eventually gave me a refund. However after nearly 2months getting the wrong ones due to a “picking/packing” problem but selling items that they actually don’t have in stock. Slow communication via email as they never answered the phone ever, I eventually got a refund after requesting then going to resolution centre. Very disappointed with service

I had trouble finding the particular lamps I needed. I contacted the company and found them to be very helpful. I ordered my lamps and rcvd them within a couple of days.
I will definitely be using them again and would highly recommend their services

Ordered some lamps that I couldn’t find anywhere else, they turned up a couple days later and were packed really well. Will definitely be ordering from Lamps2U again :)

Missing order, made an order with this company in January and I’m still waiting!!!! I’ve sent emails etc and nothing has materialised, Avoid this company I believe them to be fraudulent, I will now be pursuing a full refund.

Ordered LED bulbs and outside light with expected 5-7days shipping time. Weeks go by, no update. Email them and they say they are awaiting stock of outside light. I ask them to send the LED bulbs.. they arrive finally 20days later but they are completely different to what I ordered! and the outside light still isn't in stock. I have requested a full refund with no response yet..

useless and ignorant attitude. Ordered some bulbs 18th Nov, waited several days, contacted them by e-mail, got a reply stating they had to order some more as out of stock. Waited again, then asked for update, reply order had been shipped on 1st Dec. Now 9th Dec. have e-mailed them twice for update, no replies and no bulbs. Have now told them to cancel order and refund money. Do I hold my breath???

What a waste of time. Simple order for one LED replacement strip. They charge for delivery.

Repeated delays. Weeks go by.We are out of stock. Then our shipment did not arrive. Then it will be here next week. Never arrived no commitment. I ask for a refund. No response

Then it finally arrived today...AND IT IS BROKEN see photos.

You other customers do what you want but I'll never use this firm ever again. Utterly hopeless. Easier to drive to a local store. Pathetic customer service broken bulb, what else is there to say.

Asked for a full refund. I'll follow up with a review update if I don't get one

Accepted order except tubes not in stock on 28th October. I have just had to chase up a refund by email after a month.
