I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this site. Order delayed and when I chased, they said they had an internal system upgrade and weren’t sure when my order would be delivered. I asked to cancel it and then it’s miraculously on its way now. And despite the delay it hasn’t been put on a next day service as promised it would be with it being so late. Disappointing and totally avoidable on their part.

Wrong light delivered terrible customer service to return it and didn't receive refund for over a month. Rubbish customer service.

This company is a scam. You should avoid them at all cost. They will happily take your money, but deliveries are late, wrong, or contain faulty products. They do not respond to emails about this.
The products they list are nice, but buy them somewhere else. You'll lose your money if you pay this lot.

Shambles - avoid and use a different website.

Ordered three sets of lights on with a 3-5 day delivery - two weeks later, still no sign of them.

Contacted customer services but got an email back saying that they aim to respond within two days. No way to contact via phone. Didn't hear anything.

Out of the blue, one of the sets of lights turned up in week three but the order showed that all had been delivered.

Chased again and finally someone came back to me to explain that actually the other two lights weren't in stock and it would be another month until they'd have any in.

I'm now chasing a refund but being met by a wall of silence.

Everything about this company takes forever except for them taking payment. The refund and returns process lasts forever and you have to continuously which I still have not resolved

Horrific customer service - ordered a lamp £100 taken out of my account. An email asking me to review the product but I've not had it. I've sent contact via their Web page, via email and twitter and still no response - no telephone lines open - let me know where my lamp is and either get it to me or refund me - I'm not asking for anything unreasonable.

Ordered light bulbs months ago. Despite promising a delayed delivery of April still no sign. No customer service and no response on email. Thieves!

Beautiful lights, we’ve tested them out and they are stunning. Can’t wait to get them on the wall. Delivery wasn’t the quickest but I sent an email and was replied to promptly and courteously. Delivery came soon after as advised in the email.

I ordered 3 lights and paid £25 for a Saturday morning pre 12 delivery- It's now Tuesday and the lights have not turned up. More frustrating is their telephone number goes to a message telling you that due to covid they don't answer calls - which is ridiculous, most businesses have their office line transferred to staff at home - terrible customer service.

I have sent several emails and have had no response.

I ordered the lights for a specific time as I had an electrician coming - if they can not supply in time they should not offer this service.

I will amend my review once I have received communication, delivery cost is refunded and the lights turn up!

Amended - lights turned up today, four days late and they refunded my Saturday delivery charge. I also finally received an email apologising for the inconvenience - all would be a lot easier if they answered the phone - changed from 1 star to 3 - lights look good although only briefly checked. This would be a five star review if it wasn't for communication and delivery issues and the fact that I need to pay my electrician to come back again to fit them - even though he was here earlier in the week!

Ordered Nordlux Maxi Canto external lights from Lampsy, a total of 10 over two orders. Communication was excellent and the products arrived in good time, well packaged.

Excellent source of lighting at reasonable prices

When I ordered the Contina Swing Arm Wall Light, I'd never heard of Lampsy before. I loved the design so I decided to take the plunge, but unfortunately it was out of stock. I dropped the Lampsy team an email to enquire if the lamp was coming back into stock and I got a really prompt and helpful response - not only informing me that the lamp was going indeed coming back in stock, but offering me the option to pre-order it to ensure I got hold of the colour I wanted, and to receive it quickly without having to constantly check the site. I really appreciated the customer service agent going beyond just answering my question and instead thinking of a way to make it easier for me to complete my purchase.
The lamp arrived quickly and I must say, I was hugely impressed by the build quality - the metal body, ceramic globe and even the cord were of really high quality and look fantastic on my wall. The lamp also came with parts to enable it to be either wired directly in to the electrics or to be used with a plug, which I thought was a nice touch.
I've since recommended Lampsy to a number of friends: great customer service plus a well designed, quality product at a reasonable price - what's not to love?

Ordered 2 light bulbs 15th March £25 still not received them & no reply from customer service.

Great choice and service from Lampsy's user friendly website. We are finishing a very modern large self build and have found great products. We have used he Tamar Clip in the stair wells and they look super. Good light with modern aesthetic. Thank you Lampsy!

They sent the wrong item. Very unresponsive to my emails. Refusing to pick up the item so I have to make a non essential trip to post it back (despite it being their fault) before they will send the item i have paid them for.

Love the lights! Came in a great time too!

Light fittings just as described and lovely. Arrived promptly and well packaged. All good.

Very poor! I have waited 6 weeks for a floor lamp that has still not arrived. I have now had to request a full refund. Let's hope this transaction is processed in a timely manner. My disappointment is not just with product not being delivered, but lack of information from Lamspy. They really need to improve customer service. I would not recommend...if you can get on Amazon or similar, much more reliable!
