Quick service
Thank you for sending the wallpaper sample so quickly. As your website states you definitely need to have a sample to see the true colour. We will be placing an order beautiful quality paper.
I noticed Next sell this paper but you can’t get a sample, also prefer not to buy from large retailers plus you are cheaper which surprised me.

He advertised a wallpaper for 7.99 , I order three, he sent one charged vat extra
He advertised a wallpaper for 7.99 , so i thought I would have a feature of it, as not on a lot of money, I asked for three. He sent me one, It is not a lie like he says, because the Customer Service assistant, stated she could see that, She looked up the order, Im escaling to higher case level on ebay, He took page down, then saying he delievered the right amount even ebay said @ customer service I was correct,I did, order three. she said contact him and try to sort it out, He blocked the page, (I was going to copy and paste the page) maybe to change the price as he made a mistake. He was basically called me a liar. 17.99 plus £3 vat, plus £3.49 for postage, I think i would rather use the shops they are cheaper.
Plus I reminded him you have not shown Anywhere that you charge vat on top of what you charge at ebay! and also for postage, ect, I hope you buyers realise it. Bad practise reporting him to trading standards he is very expensive more than the shops.

I am sorry the customer feels so aggrieved with their order but I really do not know what else we can say.
The truth is that the customer has purchased 1 roll from us at £17.99. The wallpaper is called Sumatra Blue and Grey Feather Wallpaper, pattern number 37373-3. This has never been £7.99 nor has it ever been advertised at that price.
The customer bought 1 roll at £17.99 with £3.95 postage. We have then sent this to the customer as per her order and following the delivery of her order, the customer has claimed that 3 rolls were ordered for £7.99.
I am not sure if the customer genuinely believes the amount of rolls but the fact remains that only 1 roll was ordered at the correct price of £17.99. However, what I can say is false is eBay have in no way agreed with the customer, this is complete fiction. It is a shame a screenshot showing the order cannot be provided as it is all the evidence we need to show that what we are saying is the truth.
If we make a mistake or provide poor service and we receive a negative review, we will hold our hands up and apologise. We are a fair company and in no way do we mislead or mistreat customers. We help and advise customers wherever possible and we feel over the many years we have been trading in wallpaper, we have provided excellent customer service.
***THE CUSTOMER HAS EDITED HER REVIEW AND ADJUSTED CRUCIAL INFORMATION SUCH AS PRICE FROM £7.99 TO THE £17.99 AS I CORRECTLY INITIALLY STATED. IN ADDITION SHE HAS STATED £3 VAT ON TOP OF THIS WHICH IS FALSE, THE £17.99 INCLUDES VAT.
Again, I would like to state the customer has given incorrect details on price, quantity, VAT and also that eBay agree with her as they do not. I genuinely do not know why we have been contacted by the customer and left poor reviews for simply sending a 1 roll order for £17.99 with £3.95 postage, exactly what she ordered and paid for.
