Customer service is second to none and the choice of wallpapers absolutely beggars belief. My order of various sample pieces of wallpapers was dealt with very speedily unlike an order I placed with another company which took two weeks to arrive !

A great company and very good customer services
A great company and very good customer services. My order was delayed by the courier they used which was Hermes. I informed them of the issue I had with Hermes delay in delivering the order.They were very helpful and understanding. I would use lancashire wallpaper again.If they have anymore issues with Hermes, I would change courier if I was them.
