I was actually stunned at the excellence of their service from start to finish. I had heard good things about Landlord Furniture but never used them until now, and I sure will again! On the day of the delivery, we found that there was some miscommunication about the order and a few drawers were missing. I couldn't believe how within 2 hours, the missing items were delivered personally by the director of operations! The delivery team (Buzz & Stuna) were outstanding ~ highly professional, personable, friendly, with great attention to detail and nothing was a trouble for them! When you're running a busy project, this really takes the stress off and it really gives the company the edge ~ thank you to the whole team, the team work behind the scenes has really shown ~ thank you!🙏☺️

Excellent from start to finish, Heidi was extremely helpful, professional and efficient, as were the lads who made the delivery, seamless from start to finish, they were so courteous, clean and didn't stop from the moment they arrived.
I honestly can not fault Landlord Furniture Co, the best value for money product i've seen, we will definitely be recommending them and will be buying more in the future.

They just make it so easy.

This is the second time we've used them. We just had furniture supplied to an HMO in Wiltshire last week. Heidi was incredibly helpful and responsive with getting the order in shape, and the delivery team (Stewart and Paul) were fantastic. We'll definitely be using them again.

Stewart & Cole were brilliant, fitted all the furniture in rapid time and would highly recommend these boys to anyone that wants a quick and easy process for decent quality landlord furniture.

Fabulous first time experience with Landlord Furniture. The whole process was seamless. Heidi was amazing and her communication was on point. Would definitely recommend, I already have and I we will be using them again for our next project.

Super helpful staff in the office despite all my 'tweaks' to my order. Paul, Jay, Stewart and Lee arived bang on time with my order and despite having driven through the night to get to Brighton were an incredibly efficient, organised and I have to say really fun team to have in the house. They are a slick operation and extremely good at what they do. In the blink of an eye they all the furniture delivered and set up in the correct rooms of my HMO. Nothing was too much trouble. I will certainly be using them again.

Ordered furniture for 4bed HMO. Good quality for the price. Paul and Ash (delivery guys) sorted out everything quick and spotless. Fully recommending.

Just had our 2nd delivery from them today and Honestly, from start to finish everyone at the Landlord Furniture Company have been superb.

From the swift and courteous communication by Gemma and Heidi in the office in processing the orders, helping with choices and measurements, they have been a joy to deal with.

Massive thanks to Paul & Joe 🙏 the delivery teams today who delivered and fitted the furniture. They also moved some items that wouldnt fit in the property to our unit 20 minutes across the city to be stored to use in another property. No “let me check with office to see if we can” they just cracked on with it. They were polite, professional and worked around the other trades that were in the property doing work. True Pros

I had my furniture delivered for 6 beds hmo today. It wasn't an easy job, narrow corridors, stairs up to the loft...yet the customer serviced i received was 5* Harry,Paul, Barry and Dave did the job with smile, in very efficient manner and quickly.

Thank you to Paul, Joe and Jay who delivered my furniture today with care and ease. All three men were very polite and nothing was too much trouble. I will certainly be using this company again on my next HMO. The furniture looks good quality, not flimsy and made to last. The desk chairs are very comfy and look easy to clean. The mattresses all seem very comfortable. I highly recommend.
