Always helpful, nothing is to much trouble. Landywoods has supplied food for 3 great Danes and never had a problem

Last order was delayed eventually sent via courier but had to accept substitutions.
Next order whilst been acknowledged we have not heard when delivery will be.

Very helpful when order incorrectly delivered to wrong address, food of very high quality and our Dally loves it! Will definitely order again

Definitely the dogs preference in raw providers....I've been feeding raw for almost 20 years and they are doing so well with Landywoods food. I add in some of the fab supplement powders they sell also.

I placed my order online. If an item is out of stock, it cannot be selected. However, again this time, despite the products being in stock, they are not allocated to my order. Unfortunately this happens regularly and I do not receive all of the products that I order. This time, one of the products that I had ordered was out of stock by the time my delivery was being pucked

I really like the quality of their products, which is why I have stayed with landywoods but their lack of organisation is letting them down month after month

I have used Landywoods since I brought my German Shepherd home 3 yrs ago. The food is well packed and arrives frozen solid. Their customer service is excellent- will continue to use them.

Product is great quality and value. Delivery drivers are friendly and helpful. We have two large dogs, one of which suffered from stomach issues until we changed to raw food diet. Both our dogs have been on raw food for years and we really see the benefits. Landywoods means we can buy the food we need in bulk and have it delivered for convenience. I would highly recommend them.

What a great little company to have found, my fours paws only recently started his raw food journey and he loves the Landywood minces.

Good service, easy to order and great quality product. My dog loves it, his favourite is the trout and tripe, can't say it's mine and it does smell but he wolfs it down

Great food which my dogs really thrive on. Landywoods are flexible and knowledgeable on the special low purine diet required for my dalmation. Delivery timelines are a little unpredictable which makes it hard to balance reorder vs freezer space!

Sometimes I have to call to chase my order. It can then be left on the doorstep without notifying me so.

But my dogs love their food!!!

So far I’m Pretty pleased with my first delivery of raw dog meat. I’d asked for no chicken in the mixed box as my dog is intolerant but got 10 mixed in with other proteins . I rang straight away and they apologised and said on the next delivery they would swap them for another protein, I was more than happy with the customer service. We’ll see now if my dog likes the food and hope the bone ck tent isn’t too high.
