Always a pleasure to use Landywoods. The food arrives still frozen so no problem there. Usually the driver has left the boxes inside our back gate so it is safe and we are perfectly happy with that although this week, yesterday, the driver left the box outside our neighbours garage which isn't quite as safe. Other than that small issue, couldn't be happier with the service.

Brilliant company. They've been delivering our dog food for years & have always been 100%. The office staff are friendly & very helpful, delivery men reliable & also very helpful & most importantly my dogs look wonderful thanks to the food. They are very highly recommended by us, thank you!

I had to wait a bit longer for my delivery than I would have liked but Landywood Ltd were completely up front in informing me when to expect it. The delivery driver was prompt and arrived on time after an initial phone call to let me know when to expect him. He also carried my order directly to my front door. excellent service.

From my experience Landywood always do what they say they will. They always deliver on time as instructed, this being critical as frozen meat product.
I was having difficulty locating the product locally to me. Since using Landywood ( 2 years) I have had no difficulties. The staff on the phone are always very friendly and patient.

Telephone the order, taken by a nice friendly lady. Given the week of delivery then receive a message confirming date and time. Drivers always friendly and chatty. My two greyhounds love the food. What else do I need. Have recommended your company to many dog walkers in the park. Thank you for your great service.

Good food with a texture my dogs enjoy, pricing is competitive, delivery in this climate again is competitive.
Email/text reminders of the delivery dates and last date to order is very helpful. Customer service if you phone has all ways been polite and helpful, overall a good experience
