Lang Calendars are the best on the market.

I have been buying calendars (wall-pocket planner and appointment planner) for over 30 years. I have also bought their other products as gifts and for myself.

I'm always pleased with everything I order from Lang. Their products are extremely well made and the colors are beautiful. I'm a huge fan!

Lang's products seem to be all of the same high quality. I'm particularly partial to the Cows,Cows,Cows calendars. They are a must have year after year. I love Lowell Herrero's art.

The Lang website used to be very easy to visit and shop and add things to the cart. But about 6-7 months ago when the company itself seemed to have changed ownership and/ or gone through a renovation of the website it has been nearly impossible to seamlessly shop the site. And the product line is vastly decreased. The products I have ordered are of excellent quality. It seems like they have lost artists in their regular group of artists. I value the country look. The Nature themes and the old fashioned home theme to all their products of the past. The prices of items have been higher than other places and discounts offered barely cover shipping so are a mixed type of discount..
The problems started when the name Turner appeared on the site. Everything took on a cheaper look and a far less customer friendly website. Since Turner seems to be nothing but sports/athletic oriented business it appears that Lang is a second thought to Turner and they really do not care if the Lang customers are there or not. Too bad for in the past I used to buy nearly all my Christmas gifts from Lang now without the selection and ease of shopping I look elsewhere.
However, I still shop Lang and wish I could buy with more items available and the website easier to use. Turner has not done Lang any favors. Maybe take the athletic stuff and sort it to a different website and go back to the lovely an expanded Lang artist lines of the past. Not everyone likes clip-art lines drawings as the only choices or cartoons but some people still enjoy the homey art lines that are well done.

Fast, efficient, and courteous. Ordering was exceptionally easy.

Lang calendars are always beautiful. The pictures can brighten a day. I have purchased Lang calendars for about 20 years and have never been disappointed. I would recommend them to others. Lang offers many different artists' works thus providing sp many great choices.

I just recently ordered some of the 'Creative Journals' and they are incredible.....I am so pleased with the product and the service......I received my parcel faster than expected.....thank you Lang

I like Lang products. They are very nice and good quality. The one reason I don't shop at Lang that much is the shipping is so high. They have some good sales, but with the cost of shipping, it really adds up. Also, I don't like they way they changed the shopping cart. I like to see the price of each item and also the sale price. I don't like all the items totaled up into just one price. I like to see if something is on sale and if I got the correct sale price. Other than these 2 issues, I really like Lang.com. They have very nice merchandise and it is of good quality.

I love everything LANG! Excellent quality and great sales. Now if the postal service will just lower those costs it would be perfect!

My most recent purchase was for 2 napkins, from the Williamsburg collection. The photo showed a small windowpane plaid pattern, which matched the 2 which I already owned. However, when the package arrived, the product was different - it was a more prominent, heavier white plaid on a similar blue background (although not quite the same). When I checked online, the item now portrayed was as I had received, not ordered.

This also happened a few months ago, with a large floral gift bag. That time I wrote to customer service via email, and about 4 weeks later received a call. I was assured they would replace the gift bag with the one I had ordered (again, I received a different pattern than selected online). But when the product arrived, it was the same exact thing I had received initially. I received the incorrect item twice! But since Lang credited my account for the item, I did not push the point.

Both were small purchases, and not worth making a huge fuss over. I have purchased Christmas cards, calendars, mugs and other items for years from Lang with never a problem. But the last 2 orders both were filled with a different version of the item I thought I was getting. I don't know if the items I ordered were out of stock and these 'replacement' items were substituted, or if you have incorrectly labeled stock in your warehouse. Either way, it's a little frustrating.

I love Lang products and will continue ordering. But hopefully going forward I will receive the correct items.

Love the quality of the Lang products. The planner I bought this year in addition to wall calendars is top quality and so pretty and colorful.

Lang Products are perfect gifts for many different occasions. They are cute, colorful, practical, whether note cards, shopping lists, mugs, etc.
For years I have purchased the note/list pads for myself and "stocking stuffers" for friends. With 50 decorative sheets in each, an optional magnet for hanging on the back, friends always ask to be remembered with more the next year.
Quality products, great customer service if/when one has a problem, Lang is a wonderful company.

It is difficult to find one year pocket planners and Lang has beautiful choices. I much prefer leafing through the months to scrolling and editing the i-calendars. I ordered both the 2018 and 2019 versions.

I recently ordered several items from Lang. When my order arrived, it was missing one item. I emailed Lang about the missing item and the next day I received an email stating my missing item had shipped. I was extremely pleased with their prompt attention to my email.

Lang is the only recipe card / recipe book brand I will use. They are always high quality and have a lovely assortment of styles to choose.
