Love it, it’s so beautiful and printed well

The products purchased are of very good quality. I have purchased many Lang items over the years and have been satisfied for the most part. The only item I wasn’t happy about was a large tote I purchased last year. It collapses easily. My most recent purchase arrived with a badly beaten up packaging (probably not Lang’s fault), but nothing was missing. Susan Wingett is my favorite artist!

LANG has great artists designing products. I bought many gifts for my family from boxed mug sets to puzzles and was proud to send them out

I had a problem with one tea set. The cardboard decorative container was bent and didn't look nice. I contacted LANG via email. They promptly asked me to send in pictures of the damage. They sent me a replacement straightaway. Terrific!

This was all the more impressive because I had a similar problem with Shutterfly around the same time. Rather than make it right, they offered me a slight discount on my next order. Needless to say, I will never order from them again, whereas I have already ordered more merchandise from LANG.

Ordering through the mail is tricky. You really need to trust the company to provide good customer service. LANG does.

Love Lang. Is the only place I go every year to order my calendars and appointment book. Always buy Linda Nelson Stocks products. Usually buy as soon as receive email for New Years calendars because “Stocks” products go quickly. These products are beautiful, excellent quality, great keepsakes. Service from Lang is always great. Do wish they offered free shipping with a smaller purchase amount though.

Lang products are exceptional. I ordered calendars, Christmas cards, a journal and flags. Everything is well made and I’ve ordered from Lang over 30 years!

I was a bit disappointed on Lang's return policy, having the customer,
pay to send the product back, it is a gamble when you really can't see
the product in person and sometimes it is not what you see in the picture.
i do understand a stocking fee, most company's will send you a return,
label, so a coffee cup or a calendar which does not cost that much,
is pretty much what you see is what it is, but anything else like dishes
or something that cost more is a gamble, so calendars and coffee cups
is all i will buy from this company, i worked retail for many years,
as a department manager and a merchandising manager,
that is not Customer Service.

The Proud Rooster calendar is a Christmas tradition of my family. Each year when they show up at Lang, I place my order immediately because a lot of people also like this calendar. Susan Winget's rooster art is unmatched!

I have always had good service with Lang. Just wish they had free shipping some of the time.

I have been ordering from Lang for many years and never had a problem. The order is delivered by the date promised and all items received. The quality of the calendars is far superior to any other company.

I have emailed several times in regards to not being able to get the free wallpapers with the code provided in Calendar, keeps telling me invalid. I also see in customer comments that I am not the only one. I have bought Lang for several years now but the lack of customer service will make me never buy another one !!!!!!!!

I ordered my wall calendar Jan. 9th. Order #LA00964062. Where is it. I have not received an e-mail that it has been shipped. This is Jan. 19th.... Shirley Ricketts

I ordered a 2018 calendar and "supposedly" it was shipped on 1/11/2018, and I still have not received it, but of course I was charged!! This has not happened in the past when I ordered.
Not a happy customer.

I finally received my calendar, after they refunded my money. I authorized them to debit my account again, but because of my inconvenience they were not going to charge me.

Ordered 2 calendars end of Dec. when order was placed stated in stock. Never received call back or email to inform me the calendars were out of stock. My credit card was charged for items that I would not receive. Lang did credit my charge when I called to check on my order. Poor handling of situation.

I received products that I didn't order. Wasn't a user friendly return process. Did really enjoy the Christmas cards, there were no problems with that part of the order. I'm still waiting for confirmation from Lang that they received my returns and that I received full refund including shipping and handling. That process is taking longer than I would like.

Great! fast and efficient!

Absolutely stunning Christmas card. The quality of the material was A+ along with the design. The envelope was as beautiful as the card, both sides of the envelope I might add. Lang called me during the summer of 2017 and asked why I was not buying their product anymore. I was honest and said selection and quality seemed to slowly diminish the last couple of years. I believe Lang is back with a bang! I could not believe when my 6 boxes of cards arrived. The quality is better than any competitor out there. I am so excited to see the Christmas line up for 2018. I truly don't expect to be disappointed. Great job LANG!! I also give you five stars for reaching out to your clients in this crazy competitive world we live in. Only shows your care, well done!

Obviously something is going wrong at Lang since the reviews I've been reading tell me that I'm certainly not alone with regard to "invalid code" issues while trying to download images. I purchased the natures Grace 2018 Calendar but like many others I'm unable to download the digital images as described in the calendar. Please fix your problems!

So, like many others I finally received an email from Lang informing me about the good news regarding the problems with the free Wallpaper downloads being fixed - well guess what Lang - bad news it still doesn't work for me and who knows how many others! I'm still getting an error message about my code being invalid despite the fact that it's the code listed on the back page of the calendar. Why should this be such a problem? So like I said in my previous comments - Please fix your problems!

everything i have ever ordered i have loved!! when my mother was alive she always ordered us calendars and we looked forward to see what she got us!! keeping that tradition!!
