Very Helpful

Language Course.net were great at communicating with me and addressing the concerns that I had.

When I was having issues communicating with my school and was unable to get information from the school, Language Course.net helped me out. If it wasn't for them I don't think I would have gotten the refund from the school that was owed to me.

I would recommend this company 100%

I would recommend this company 100%. I used their service to go on a language course in Italy and they arranged everything perfectly and it’s just like someone is holding your hand all the way. Super quick to answer all of your questions even in the evening. Always helpful and informative. I will definitely use their service again.

The best choice!

The company has provided me with the most professional and helpful service. My every inquiry was met with an immediate assisstance and response - I felt safe when seeing how much care, effort and commitment was put into that, as it assured me that my daughter is going to take advantage of great holiday accompanied by a dose of learning English with a diligently selected language school. The Manager Area English, Ms. Ana Carolina Dos Santos was particulary egaged and involved in the whole process - starting from the very first step, i.e. finding a school which would best meet our expectations, going through the registration process and finally finishing with arranging all the details.

poor credit card processing options

Good service with quick response time. However I'm only giving 4 stars because the website was clunky and I was unable to use 2 different credit cards. I had to use the paypal option which was more expensive and super frustrating.

We accept all major credit cards but maybe there was a temporary issue at the exact time you booked in April- I do apologize for that. I am glad our consultant helped and that you were happy with the services. I'd like to confirm that we did not charge any extra fee for the papal payment. We charged exactly the same that what we would have done via credit card. I just wanted to confirm that , since you were under the impression that it costed you extra but that was not the case.

Helpful, efficient, professional service

The total experience with this company was fantastic. A special mention to the consultant Maksym who was incredibly helpful. Patiently answering all my questions promptly, following up with the school when I needed to change my arrangements last minute, ensuring that everything was going as planned on the commencement of my course and finally following up on my course completion. The discount on actual course costs was a real bonus. I couldn't be more satisfied with language course.Net. Thank you!

Claimed Discounts but Actually Add Additional Amounts as Course Fee

Claimed to provide the lowest prices for listed school but actually they silently add additional fees in the name of course fee. For example, with chossing the first few weeks their listing seems ok, but if you plan to book more weeks they will silently add around 15-20 euros for each week, then calculate the discounts with their 5% standards, just like nothing happened.

I later discovered it before booking and the representative on Skype did not respond to me anymore after I pointed this out. Still not sure about the background nature that they did this.

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately the Chinese agent communicated with me clearly stated 5% of the course fees will be discounted, however for the intensive course of a Frankfurt school starting from the 13th week additioal fees will apply which is beyond 150 euros of the official fee.

An agent made a follow-up and confirmed the error of calculation because of the unique pricing model for that chosen school. He/she promised to look for a solution.

Thanks for your reply Lin. I just sent you an email with explanations on how this school calculates their prices. Their price for 9 to 44 weeks is 150 euros but that doesn't apply to the first 9 weeks. I understand this is confusing so I have also sent you their official pricelist which states an explanation of this calculation. As you can see, we do advertise the exact same price as the school and then apply the 5% discount over the tuition price, so in no way we are adding any additional fees. Quite the contrary, it's still cheaper with us!. Let me know if you still have any questions, our team will be delighted to help you.

Great contacts

The contacts with the agent was always simple and clear, except for the problems of the stairs which had been mentioned over and over again and totally ignored. Most details should be given on the place of residences.

Su-Jin Kim is an excellent agent!

Su-Jin Kim, area manager Korean, was just great. She was very helpful, willing to help and she did everything to answer my many questions, I admit I wasn’t an easy client. But she was always very patient. She handled very wisely with my inquiries and I really appreciate it and really thank her:)
I had a difficulty with the payment because I didn’t want to pay in Korean Won, but I couldn’t pay in Euro because I live in Korea. She solved the problem! She suggested me to use VPN and changed the IP address to Europe, so I followed and I was able to pay in Euro. Really want to thank her.
Also she was very kind and answered all my questions in details, also very quick in answering:)
I would highly recommend her assistance to anyone wishing to study in any language school with discounted tuition fee:)

This course exceeds expectations

This course far exceeded my expectations. The dedication and patience of the professors is palpable. Be prepared to be fully immersed in the language and to learn more than you ever thought possible. The food at the school is an excellent way to fuel your body after your mind is exhausted. Everyone on staff is helpful and helps you practice.

The city is safe and mostly walkable or easy to get around in via Uber. There is a local yoga studio, Ikal yoga and cacao, to help keep up your practice. In addition Chilakillas around the corner has the best juice and chilaquiles to celebrate a job well done.

Will definitely return to learn more!
