After five weeks, I could only get a small course discount for sure

The mediation process was sluggish. Yet, things went a step further at the end of the third week when my agent suddenly informed me that it was uncertain whether the school I wanted to attend would have accommodations available. In contrast, she had previously told me we were nearly there. I tried to compromise, but my phone call at the beginning of the fourth week in the hope of speeding things up missed the mark. I did not receive any updates on my application during the remainder of that week, and my agent went on holiday for the second time in a month.

The customer service manager took up my review immediately, and we had a phone call on Friday. On the following Monday, the customer service manager told me that he had transferred my case back to my agent and that she would call me at 6 pm, as I requested. However, my agent instead called me three times around 4 pm, the first two times during a stressful exam. These things made me pissed because I explicitly informed the customer service manager about my exam through voicemail, and I also requested him to have a follow-up conversation about how the process has been going since Friday.

In the telephone conversation with my agent that followed on Tuesday morning, we talked things out. After asking many questions, I finally got a complete picture of what LanguageCourse.Net has encountered. In short, there is little accommodation available. Moreover, I have somewhat higher requirements than usual due to my non-wheelchair-related disability, which is enough to make the search highly tricky to accomplish in a reasonable time frame. I understand that, although I wonder whether this could have been said to me early in the process so I could anticipate it and look for solutions. My agent still took the initiative to offer me an immersive home language journey, but that would shorten the duration of the course by over 50% to remain within my budget. I need the time away because of a home renovation.

Ultimately, the only suitable thing LanguageCourse.Net could offer me is a small discount on the language course. As I told my agent through a phone call, this alone is not enough for me to book through them, given our issues. However, everyone from LanguageCourse.Net I had contact with negatively surprised me in how they approached me - in fact, only my agent showed she was trying her best despite everything. Based on other reviews and the information on the website, I expected more from LanguageCourse.Net.

Nice organisation and nice activities after school

In two weeks you can learn to understand a bit of Spanish. I needed more weeks to speak it a little. I may go back to learn more.

JaLS Hokkaido my best Japanese language school

JaLS Hokkaido was the best Japanese language school I have attended so far. Teachers are excellent, teaching is well structured, and class sizes small. The private lessons helped a lot to address my weaknesses. All students in my class were at my level. All was in Japanese, which greatly helped me to improve my communication skills. There were many interesting and enjoyable activities/excursions, so I made many new contacts. JaLS staff was very friendly and supportive.

If you are looking for language courses, I highly recommend you to pay your attention to the LanguageCourse.net service. This is an international site that provides information about different language schools around the world, there is a description of the school, prices for tuition and accommodation, student reviews, photos of the school and information about its accreditation. The site is very convenient, you choose the language you want to learn, the country and city you want to go to, then just compare schools and choose the one you like.
I would like to express my special gratitude to manager Irina Zotova. Irina acted as an intermediary between me and the school. She quickly answered all my questions, promptly solved any problems that arose, helped me get the documents necessary for applying for a visa from the school, and warned the school when I was exactly arriving. I am delighted with the service and will definitely use it again in the future.

Fantastic company, Pleasure to deal with.

Maksym made the entire booking process really easy. He sent me every single bit of information that I could have needed from transport to Cadiz, about the school and about the accommodation. The support officer was excellent

The support officer was excellent - always ready to offer help wherever/whenever it was needed. I needed help with getting a reasonably priced school and with the transfer of funds.
It made the whole process a lot smoother having someone who wrote excellent English rather than run the risk of misunderstandings.

Made comparing schools easy, showed location and offerings, etc.

This service was very helpful in evaluating which school was the best fit for us. My husband and I were both new to Spain. This website helped us to compare the courses offered between different schools, to see how far the schools were from our apartment (this was super important as we are relying on the bus), and to see how previous students had felt about their experiences based on what they valued. I highly recommend saving yourself time and energy by using this website!

All but accommodation

Everything was on a high level but the accommodation. Apparantly the school is desperated to find suitable rooms for their students but they sometimes fail. My accomodation was very unhigienic and not at all homy.
