Webshop met slecht bestel- en refund proces
18 juni een bestelling geplaatst. Geen status bericht van verzending of anders vernomen. 22 juni contact opgenomen over de bestelling. Webshop beweert gebeld te hebben, dat het artikel niet meer aanwezig was. Webshop geeft daarnaast aan binnen 2 dagen het bedrag terug te storten. Niets vernomen na 4 dagen. Wederom gemaild hierover. Zeer trage communicatie en klantonvriendelijk in de afhandeling. Komen afspraken niet na. Wellicht is de winkelervaring oké. Webshop verkoop onprettig.
