I ordered a replacement screen at just after 5pm and it was still dispatched for next day delivery! Customer Services were very helpful when I contacted them with a question about fitting the screen & I'm really impressed with the quality of the screen. Great service all round!

Ordered my replacement laptop screen one day, it came the next.

I was a bit wary doing the replacement myself, but need not have worried .... although I did put the screen in upside down first time (?) How did I do that you may ask, Haven't a clue. So the only thing I could request is a 'top' and 'bottom' label on the screen.

I called the company on Monday and they agreed to collect my Laptop from me on Wednesday 13/06 (my choice). It was collected as promised between 09.00 and 17.00 by Parcel Force. I had asked for a replacement screen and also asked them to fit the screen.

Well I am truly amazed I was not expecting the Laptop back until sometime the next week. However, it was delivered back before 11.00 on Friday 15/06 it was only away a day and a half at most.
This company really do offer a fantastic service and turn around. Pity the manufactures and other companies can not learn from them what customer service is.

I rang the company for a quote to replace my daughter's broken screen on her laptop on Monday 10.30am. Royal Mail arrived at 3.10pm to collect the laptop on Monday and returned it to my door at 10am on Wednesday!! Even the postman/delivery man couldn't believe it and he was the guy that collected it on the Monday! Even the price was very fair and a ton of money less than Cu**y's. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a cracked/broken laptop screen relaced. Great stuff guys!!

The item - a replacement netbook screen - arrived promptly and in well-padded and secure packaging. I was a bit nervous about replacing the screen myself, but their online tutorial was easy to follow. Result: a fixed netbook at the fraction of the price of a new one! Brilliant!

This would have been a 1 star review except for the fact that the correct screen was sent and it works.
Everything else about this company is awful!

I ordered a screen on Monday at 2.30pm and paid for next day delivery. There website states on one page that if the order is received before 3pm it will arrive next day, another page says 4pm. Either way, I ordered before either cut off times.

I received an automated e-mail saying the order had been received and would be processed 'as soon as possible'. It also said 'If you have any questions about your order, send an email to info@laptopscreenonline.com or simply reply to this message.' so, having a question I sent an e-mail to this address - no reply.

I still hadn't received a despatch confirmation by 5pm so decided to give them a call to confirm it would be sent as I needed it for a job on Tuesday. Their advertised phone number just rang and rang with nobody answering. I started getting a bit nervous about my money by now but decided to wait until the following day to call again.

At 09.40am the following day I phoned again as still no despatch confirmation and the phone was answered (yay!) by a gentleman who said they didn't open until 10.00 am and I had to call back as he was on his mobile and on his way to the shop (their website states they open a 09.30 am by the way)
I started calling at 10 minutes past 10 and the same thing happened as the previous day - the phone just rang and rang. I was now very worried about my money. At 1.00pm something changed and all of a sudden there was an answerphone taking the calls! The answerphone just told me to either leave a message or send an e-mail. I left more than one message together with my contact details but never received a call back or an answer to any of my numerous e-mails.

Luckily the screen turned up. It was a day late but it works. God knows what could be done if it didn't because there is no way (that I have found) to contact them.

I will not be using them again!

Laptopscreenonline are very good with what they do. I ordered a screen at 6pm on Monday and it arrived the next day 9am by Royal Mail. You cannot ask for anything better.
